Արցախի պատգամավորները հորդորում են միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններին ճանաչել ու դատապարտել սումգայիթյան ցեղասպանությունը
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները և անկախ պատգամավորները հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ Սումգայիթի հայ բնակչության կոտորածի 31-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ԱՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«31 տարի առաջ՝ 1988 թվականի փետրվարի 27-29-ը, Սումգայիթ քաղաքում ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվեց հայ բնակչության կոտորած և բռնի տեղահանություն: Միայն ազգային պատկանելիության համար դաժանաբար սպանվեցին հարյուրավոր և բռնությամբ տեղահանվեցին հազարավոր հայեր, մեծամասամբ՝ կանայք, երեխաներ և ծերեր:
Ցեղասպանության ալիքը տարածվեց Գանձակում, Բաքվում, Հյուսիսային Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի մյուս հայաբնակ վայրերում: Հայ փոքրամասնության դեմ 1988-1990թթ. հետևողականորեն և նույն ձեռագրով կրկնվող հանցագործությունները Բաքվի իշխանությունների համար վերածվեցին պաշտոնական քաղաքականության՝ բնաջնջման իրական սպառնալիք դառնալով Ադրբեջանի բնիկ հայ համայնքի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության համար: Հենց ազգային արժանապատվության և ոտնահարված իրավունքների վերականգնման, ինքնության պահպանմանն էր ուղղված համաժողովրդական ազատագրական շարժումը, որն այդ նույն օրերին թափ էր առնում Արցախում:
Հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելով սումգայիթյան կոտորածին զոհ գնացած մեր հայրենակիցների հիշատակին և դատապարտելով խտրականության, անհանդուրժողականության և այլատյացության ցանկացած դրսևորում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները և անկախ պատգամավորները.
պնդում են, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված ցեղասպանական ակտերի անպատժելիությունը հանգեցրեց զանգվածային նոր հանցագործությունների և Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ պատերազմների,
վերահաստատում են հանձնառությունը՝ բռնությունների և տեղահանման ենթարկված ադրբեջանահայության իրավունքների վերականգնման հարցում,
հորդորում են միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններին ճանաչել ու դատապարտել սումգայիթյան ցեղասպանությունը,
կոչ են անում, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանն առերեսվի սեփական անցյալին, հրաժարվի պատերազմական հռետորաբանությունից ու դադարեցնի ցայսօր շարունակվող հայատյացության պետական քաղաքականությունը»:
