Որոշակի հանցագործության դեպքերի աճ կա, բայց այն աստիճան չէ, որ անհանգստացնի մեզ, ու կոչով դիմեմ քաղաքացիններին. ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ասաց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը: 

«Մենք ունենք սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների աճ, բայց ձեռքբերում ունենք անձի դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություններում, կոռուպցիոն հանցատեսակների ոլորտում ձեռքբերում ունենք»,-ասաց Օսիպյանը։ Ոստիկանապետի խոսքով՝ հեղափոխությունից հետո ոստիկանությանն ուղղված քաղաքացիների վստահությունը բարձրացել է, և յուրաքանչյուր, նույնիսկ փոքր դեպքերով քաղաքացին դիմում է ոստիկանություն։

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի խոսքով՝ գողությունների թվի աճը պայմանավորված է նաև համաներմամբ։ «Միայն հեղափոխությունից հետո 807 դեպքով ավելի են քաղաքացիները դիմել ոստիկանությանը նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ, բայց, իհարկե, ազդել է նաև համաներումը, համաներմամբ ազատվածներից շուրջ 58-ը 104 հանցագործության դեպք են կատարել, մի քանիսի դեպքում կալանք է ընտրվել խափանման միջոցը»,-ասաց նա։

Լրագրողները ոստիկանապետից հետաքրքրվեցին, թե արդյո՞ք ինքն է եղել այն պաշտոնատար անձը, ում երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբորորդին՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, զանգահարել է, ինչին Օսիպյանն արձագանքեց. «Ես անկեղծ պատասխանում եմ՝ չեմ հասկանում՝ ինչի մասին է խոսքը։ Ինձ որևէ մեկը չի զանգել, ու չի կարող որևէ մեկը նմանատիպ տոնով ինձ զանգահարել»։

Հարցին, թե ե՞րբ է Չեխիայից Հայաստանին արտահանձնվելու Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, ոստիկանապետն ասաց, որ անում են հնարավորը գործընթացն իրականացնելու համար։ «Չեմ կարող ժամկետը հստակ ասել»,-ասաց նա։
