POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում ԱԺ է ներկայացվելու ՏԻՄ լիազորությունները էականորեն սահմանափակող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն: Նման նախաձեռնության համար առիթ է հանդիսացել վերջին ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ իշխանությունների ձախողումը, որը աղերսներ չունի համապետական ընտրություններում արձանագրած շռնդալից հաջողության հետ: Իսկ, օրինակ, Ուրցաձորի մերժված, հետո օրինական ընտրություններում կրկին հաղթած գյուղապետ Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանի «դասը» հասկանալի ու ուսուցողական էր իշխանությունների համար: Մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, ՔՊ-ական մարզպետներից մեկն օրերս խոստովանել է, որ նոր օրինագծի հիմնական նպատակը ՏԻՄ ղեկավարների լիազորությունների կրճատումն է՝ միաժամանակ ցավ հայտնելով, որ ներկայիս օենսդրությամբ սահմանափակումներ կան, և մարզպետը չի կարող միջամտել ՏԻՄ աշխատանքներին: Սակայն այս հարցի շուրջ կարծիքները միանման չեն. հենց կառավարությունում կան մարդիկ, որոնք վստահ են, որ նման օրինագիծը հետքայլ է և ուղղակի ապտակ ՏԻՄ համակարգին:
