Ադրբեջանն անկեղծ լինելու համար պետք է անդրադառնա Սումգայիթում հայերի կոտորածներին. ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդին

ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի փետրվարի 28-ին Ժնևում կայացած 40-րդ նիստում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ արձագանքելով Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հայտարարություններին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից։

 

ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչն իր ելույթում նշել է, որ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարության դրդապատճառը անբավարարվածության բարդույթն էր՝ համակցված իր երկիրը՝ որպես տարածաշրջանային ուժ ներկայացնելու համառ ցանկությամբ: Նշվել է, որ Թուրքիան հեռու է ժողովրդավարական սկզբունքներով կառավարվելուց և ամենավերջին երկիրն է աշխարհում, որ իրավասու է խոսել մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարման մասին, քանզի հազարավոր լրագրողներ, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպաններ և ակտիվիստներ, ակադեմիայի ներկայացուցիչներ և Թուրքիայի ներկայիս կառավարության ընդդիմախոսներ գտնվում են բանտում կամ աքսորված են:

 

Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի հայտարարությանը՝ շեշտվել է, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը անկեղծ է տարածաշրջանում ճշմարտություն և արդարություն հաստատելու իր նպատակներում, ապա սեփական կեղծված պատմությունը, այսպես կոչված` «Խոջալուի իրադարձությունները» ներկայացնելու փոխարեն, պետք է անդրադառնային Սումգայիթում հայերի կոտորածներին, որոնք ազդարարեցին Բաքվում, Գանձակում (Կիրովաբադ), ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրականացվող հայերի ջարդերի և էթնիկ զտումների սկիզբը: Կեղծ զոհերի չափազանց և արհեստական ուռճացումը լավագույն միջոց չի ծառայում ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության պատրաստելու համար:

 

Ելույթի ավարտին ընդգծվել է, որ ավանդական հակահայկական քարոզչություն իրականացնելու փոխարեն Ադրբեջանը պետք է ջանքեր չխնայի պահպանելու համընդհանուր մարդու իրավունքները, այդ թվում՝ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, որի դեմ այն ուժով պայքարում է իր կազմավորման օրվանից ի վեր:

 

 

Եզրափակելով իր խոսքը՝ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, որ թե՛ Թուրքիան, թե՛ Ադրբեջանը նախքան ամբիոնի մոտ մարդու իրավունքների մասին խոսելը պետք է առնվազն նվազագույն ջանքեր գործադրեն՝ բարելավելու այդ ոլորտում իրենց մտահոգիչ պատկերը։
