Ոստիկանները ժամերի ընթացքում բացահայտեցին Արտաշատում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակումները

Փետրվարի 27-ին տասը րոպեի տարբերությամբ Արտաշատ քաղաքում ավազակային հարձակումներ կատարվեցին։ Ժամը 15-ն անց 50-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում ահազանգ հնչեց, որ Մյասնիկյան փողոցի խանութներից մեկը զինված տղամարդ է մտել, փող պահանջել և ստանալուց հետո փախել։

 

Ժամը 16-ի սահմաններում նույնաբովանդակ ևս մի ահազանգ ստացվեց։ Այս դեպքում ատրճանակի նմանվող առարկայով զինված տղամարդը Արտաշատի Մարքսի փողոցի խանութներից մեկն էր մտել, դարձյալ փող պահանջել ու ստանալուց հետո փախել։ 

 

Ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողները, Արարատի մարզային վարչության գործընկերների հետ համագործակցությամբ, մի քանի ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկեցին օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համալիր միջոցառումներ՝ նախ պարզելով, որ երկու դեպքում էլ ավազակային հարձակումը կատարել է նույն անձը։ Տուժողները կողմնորոշիչ որևէ տեղեկություն չհայտնեցին․ հարձակվողը դեմքը քողարկել էր։

 

Նույնիսկ այս հանգամանքներում Արտաշատի ոստիկանները պրոֆեսիոնալ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հետքը գտան՝ բացահայտելով հանցագործությունները։ 

 

Փետրվարի 28-ին Արարատի մարզի Ոստան գյուղում հայտնաբերվեց և կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին բերման ենթարկվեց հենց Ոստանում ապրող, Խաչիկ Վարդանյանը։ Նա ոստիկանությունում հայտնել է, որ ավազակային հարձակումները ինքն է կատարել, ապա ներկայացվել է դեպքի նախաքննությունը վարող մարմնին՝ հարցաքննության։ 29-ամյա Վարդանյանը ձերբակալվել է։ 

 

Ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ու քննչական գործողություններ հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու և դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
