«Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքում կամրագրվի նաև Մարտի 1-ը
POLITICSԵրեկ մարտի 1-ն էր, ու հայ հասարակությունն իր հարգանքի տուքը մատուցեց 2008 թ. մարտիմեկյան իրադարձությունների զոհերի հիշատակին: Տեղի ունեցավ նաև քայլերթ՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ու մասնակցությամբ: «Փաստ» թերթը քանիցս անդրադարձել է երկրում տեղի ունեցած մի շարք իրադարձություններին քաղաքական գնահատական տալու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Եվ ահա, երեկ իր ուղերձում վարչապետը մասնավորաբար նշել է, որ «այդ իրադարձություններից 11 տարի անց, ահա, չափազանց կարևոր է քաղաքական գնահատական տալ տեղի ունեցածին: Եվ հիմա հարկ եմ համարում արձանագրել, որ 2008 թվականին իշխող վերնախավի գործողություններն ամենևին ուղղված չէին առանձին վերցրած ուժի, խմբի, անհատի դեմ, այդ բռնությունների ու ապօրինությունների հիմնական և թերևս միակ թիրախը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին էր. նրա իրավունքը, նրա արժանապատվությունն ու ազատությունը»:
Այս գնահատականը, մեր տեղեկություններով, շարունակություն է ունենալու ոչ միայն իրավական հարթության մեջ: Մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները նախաձեռնում են հանդես գալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ և փոփոխություն կատարել «Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքում, ուր Մարտի 1-ը կներառվի որպես 2008 թ. մարտիմեկյան ողբերգական իրադարձությունների զոհերի հիշատակի օր: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, այն հնարավոր է իրականանա առաջիկա նիստերին, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի օրենքն ընդունել Մարտի 1-ի զոհերի արձանի բացմանը զուգահեռ: Մեզ դեռևս չհաջողվեց պարզել՝ աշխատանքայի՞ն, թե՞ ոչ աշխատանքային է լինելու այդ օրը:
