Երեւանի ծառերը անձնագիր կունենան․ մարտի 5-ից սկսվում է գարնանային էտը (վիդեո)
SOCIETYՄարտի 5-ից մայրաքաղաքում կսկսվեն գարնանային էտի աշխատանքները: Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի լրատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է, որ էտը կիրականացվի մասնագիտորեն հիմնավորված ու կանոնակարգված սկզբունքներով:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման շրջանակում բնապահպանության վարչության պետն ու ոլորտի մասնագետները վարչական շրջանների կանաչապատման ձեռնարկությունների աշխատակիցներին են ներկայացրել այն հիմնական պահանջները, որոնք պետք է կիրառվեն ծառերի էտի ժամանակ:
«Այսուհետ էտման աշխատանքները մենք պետք է կատարենք միայն պլանավորված՝ ըստ փողոցների, ըստ կոնկրետ հասցեների, ըստ պուրակների, այգիների ծառատեսակային կազմի: Մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում էտն իրականացնելու ենք միայն արտակարգ իրավիճակներում և անվտանգության խնդիրներով պայմանավորված»,- ասել է բնապահպանության վարչության պետը:
Չորացած ծառերը, սակայն , պետք է հատվեն։
«Մենք խնդիր չունենք չորացած ծառերը պահպանելով՝ ձևացնել, իբր քաղաքում ավելի շատ ծառ ունենք, քան իրականությունն է: Դրանք յուրաքանչյուր պահի կարող են վտանգավոր դառնալ հարակից բնակչության, շինությունների և մարդկանց սեփականության համար: Ո՞վ է պատասխանատվություն կրելու, ո՞վ է հետևանքների մասին հոգալու: Ծառ ունենք այնքան, որքան աճի շրջանում տեսնում ենք կանաչած: Մնացած բոլոր ծառերը պետք է գրագետ հեռացնել»,- նշել է Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը:
Այս տարի նոր մոտեցում կցուցաբերվի նաև էտված ճյուղերի հարցում, դրանք տեղում կմանրացվեն:
«Մենք մուլչավորման գործընթաց ենք իրականացնելու: Հատուկ սարքավորումների միջոցով ծառերի հատված ճյուղերից կստանանք թեփ հենց տեղում, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա զերծ մնալ կտրված ճյուղերի կուտակումներից: Քաղաքային հետաքրքիր այս մշակույթի ներդումը նաև հոգատար վերաբերմունք է մայրաքաղաքի նկատմամբ: Թեփը կրկին կտրամադրվի սոցիալական այն խմբերին, որոնց տարիներ շարունակ բաժանվել են ճյուղերը»:
Քաղաքացիներին անհանգստություն չպատճառելու նպատակով ծառերի էտը հիմնական պողոտաներում ու փողոցներում կիրականացվի ոչ բանուկ երթևեկության ժամերին կամ հանգստյան օրերին:
