Բացահայտվել է Երեւանում կատարված սպանության դեպքը
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում պարզվել է 50-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի հանգամանքները:
2019 թվականի մարտի 4-ին՝ ժամը 00:40-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Զ.Սարկավագի փողոցի՝ 1977թ. ծնված բնակիչը կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է նույն փողոցի ՝ 1969 թվականին ծնված բնակչի հետ, որի ժամանակ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր մոտ ապօրինի կերպով պահվող հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել 50-ամյա տղամարդու ուղղությամբ, որի արդյունքում վերջինս ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ Քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Կատարված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Որոշում է կայացվել՝ 1977թ. ծնված բնակչին ձերբակալելու մասին: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ:
