Արծվաշենցիները բաց նամակով դիմում են վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին
SOCIETYԵրեկ «Փաստ» օրաթերթի խմբագրությունը ստացել է թշնամու կողմից 1992թ. զավթված Արծվաշենի 2000 բնակիչների բաց նամակը՝ ուղղված ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Նախաձեռնողների խմբի անդամների ստորագրությամբ նամակն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Մեծարգո վարչապետ, Դուք քաջատեղյակ եք 1992թ. օգոստոսի 8-ին արծվաշենցիներին վրա հասած մեծ աղետից: Հայաստանի նախկին երեք ղեկավարների կառավարման տարիներին մենք միշտ բարձրացրել ենք բնակչության ունեցվածքի կորստի փոխհատուցման հարցը և հիմնականում ականատես ենք եղել մեր նկատմամբ արհամարհանքի: Սակայն նախկինների ժամանակ եթե չի էլ լուծվել ունեցվածքի կորստի հարցը, գոնե պարբերաբար չնչին գումարներ են հատկացվել բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման համար:
Ի վերջո, նախկին կառավարությունը որոշեց, որ բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման գինը կազմում է մոտ 6 մլրդ դրամ, և խոստացան տարիների ընթացքում գոնե այդ հարցը լուծել: 2011 թվականին հատկացվեց 708 մլն դրամ: Մեր երկրորդ պահանջն արդեն լուծման փուլում էր, երբ 2018 թվականի գարնանը տեղի ունեցավ ողջ հայության համար երկար սպասված ժողովրդական իշխանության հաստատումը Ձեր գլխավորությամբ: Արծվաշենցիներս մեծ հույսով լցված՝ երկու անգամ հանդիպեցինք Ձեզ հետ և ստացանք հուսադրող պատասխան մեր բարձրացրած հարցը լուծելու համար:
Սակայն արծվաշենցիներս սառը ցնցուղի նման ընդունեցինք 2019թ. փետրվարի 28-ին տարածքային կառավարման ու զարգացման նախարար Ս. Պապիկյանի կտրուկ մերժողական պատասխանը: Նա մեր հարցը ընդհանրացնում է և կապում Ադրբեջանից տեղահանված հայերի հարցի հետ:
Մենք պնդում ենք, որ մեր կարգավիճակով մենք միակն ենք և պետք է արժանանանք առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունքի ներքոհիշյալ փաստարկների հիման վրա:
1. Արծվաշենը Հայաստանի միակ անկլավ բնակավայրն է:
2.Ադրբեջանից հայությունը դուրս է եկել 1988-91 թվականների ընթացքում՝ մեծամասամբ հասցնելով որոշակի ունեցվածք բերել և տներ փոխանակել: Մոտ 3000 արծվաշենցիները գյուղից տեղահանվել են ընդամենը 2 ժամվա ընթացքում:
Մեծարգո վարչապետ, Արծվաշեն գյուղի 150-ամյա պատմությունն անցել է հարևանների հետ անընդհատ գոյամարտերի մեջ: Մենք մեր նախապապերի ժառանգներն ենք, և մեզ համար անթույլատրելի, անընդունելի է մեր հանդեպ արհամարհանքով ու քամահրանքով ցանկացած վերաբերմունք:
Ամբողջ բնակչության անունից խնդրում ենք Ձեզ՝ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդունեք մեր 6-7 հոգանոց պատվիրակությանը՝ վերջնական որոշման գալու նպատակով:

Հայաստանով մեկ սփռված արծվաշենցիներս ունակ ենք պայքարելու մեր պապերի ու հայրերի երեք սերնդի ունեցվածքը դավաճանաբար մեզանից խլածների դեմ և հասնել արդարացի լուծման»:
