SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Գալիմա» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն հանդես եկած Դ.Հ.-ն, 2018թ․ մարտից հուլիս ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կեղծելով վերոնշյալ ՍՊԸ տնօրենի ստորագրությունը, վերջինիս անունից «Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատ» և «Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ների հետ կնքելով սննդի մատակարարման պայմանագրեր, խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է ընդհանուր խոշոր չափերի գումար։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից: Դեպքի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ 2018թ. մարտ ամսին «Գալիմա» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հայտարարած մրցույթները հաղթելու արդյունքում Դ․Հ․-ն կեղծել է նույն ՍՊ ընկերության հիմանդիր-տնօրենի ստորագրությունը, վերջինիս անունից ՀՀ ԱՍՀ նախարարության հետ կնքել է «Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատ» և «Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ների հետ սննդամթերքի, այդ թվում՝ 20 տոկոս յուղայնությամբ թթվասերի մատակարարման վերաբերյալ պայմանագրեր:
Այնուհետև 2018թ. մարտի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, պայմանագրի տեխնիկական բնութագրով նախատեսված թթվասերի փոխարեն դեռևս չպարզված եղանակով ձեռք է բերել անհայտ ծագման 1 կգ տարողությամբ տարաներով «Թամարա և Անի» ՍՊԸ-ի անվամբ կեղծ պիտակավորմամբ բուսական յուղ պարունակող մթերք: Ապա, չարաշահելով նշված ՊՈԱԿ-ի սննդամթերքն ընդունող հանձնաժողովի անդամների վստահությունը, «Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատ»-ին 1002 կգ, իսկ «Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատ»-ին 1393 կգ մատակարարելու եղանակով, խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է խոշոր չափերի` համապատասխանաբար 696.390 ՀՀ դրամ և 986.135 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 14-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊԳ վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի կողմից:
2019 թվականի փետրվարի 23-ին Դ․Հ․-ն հրավիրվել է Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազություն և նախազգուշացվել պետության շահերին հասցված վնասը կամովին հատուցելու վերաբերյալ։
Արդյունքում վերջինս վերականգնել է պետությանը պատճառված 1․683․000 ՀՀ դրամը վնասը՝ վարչական շրջանների դատախազություն ներկայացնելով վճարման անդորրագրերը։
