Ագրարային համալսարանի մասնաշենքերի ճակատագիրը
POLITICSՀայաստանի ագրարային համալսարանի մասնաշենքերի նկատմամբ տարբեր ժամանակներում տարբեր հետաքրքրություններ են եղել: Ավելին, 2017թ. վերջին կառավարության որոշում է եղել մասնաշենքերից երեքը հետ վերցնելու և ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության հաշվեկշռին փոխանցելու մասին: Փոխարենը համալսարանին է տրամադրվել Մյասնիկյան փողոցում գտնվող թիվ 41 դպրոցի շենքը, որը բավական վատ վիճակում է: Հետագայում երեքից մեկը նորից վերադարձվել է համալսարանին: Հիմա թեման, կարծես, նորից արդիական է դառնում: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է օպտիմալացման անվան տակ մասնաշենքերից մեկը նորից հետ վերցնել և մասնավորեցնել: Ի դեպ, չի բացառվում, որ խոսքը հենց 41 դպրոցի շենքի մասին լինի, թեպետ, ինչպես տեղեկացրեցին ՀԱՀ-ից, այդ շենքը խայտառակ վատ վիճակում է և աշխատանքներ են տարվում այն կարգի բերելու ուղղությամբ: Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ մասնավորեցվող մասնաշենքի գնմամբ հետաքրքրված է ՀԱՀ պրոռեկտոր Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, ով մոտ 7 տարի եղել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարարը: Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Մակարյանը համարվում է ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի մտերիմը և, այսպես կոչված, «ապարանյան կլանի» ներկայացուցիչ: Երեկ մենք զանգահարեցինք պարոն Մակարյանին՝ ճշտելու լուրերի իսկությունը: Նա ասաց, որ դրանք բամբասանքներ են. «Նման գործընթաց չկա»: Մասնավորեցրեցինք, թե գուցե հենց 41 դպրոցի շենքի մասի՞ն է, այլ ոչ թե եղած մասնաշենքերից մեկի: «Մեր վարժարանն է այդտեղ տեղակայվել, ի՞նչ մասնավորեցնել: Խոսքը մեր հանրակրթական վարժարանի մասին է, որը հիմա պետք է վերանորոգվի: Երբ բուհի նախկին ղեկավարության օրոք ԲԴԽ-ի համար երկու շենքերը վերցրել են, դրա փոխարեն տվել են Գրիբոյեդովի անվան դպրոցը: Հիմա պետք է շինարարություն անենք, վերազինենք, որ մեր հանրակրթական վարժարանը տեղափոխենք այդտեղ, ի՞նչ մասնավորեցման մասին է խոսքը»,-ասաց Մակարյանը:
