LIFEՄենք Հայաստանը պատկերացնում ենք որպես բարձր որակավորում ունեցող աշխատուժ ուժեցող երկիր: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 7-ին կառավարության նիստում Հարկային օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունների քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Մենք Հայաստանը չենք պատկերացնում սեւագործ աշխատանք կատարող աշխատուժով երկիր: Իհարկե, սա էապես կապված է կրթության, կրթական բարեփոխումների հետ: Հայաստանում աշխատուժի մեծ մասը պետք է լինի բարձր որակավորում ունեցող, բարձր աշխատավարձեր ստացող մարդիկ»,-ասաց վարչապետը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ սոցիալական արդարության սկզբունքը մտադիր են ներդնել գույքահարկի նոր համակարգ ներդնելու միջոցով:
«Այսօր անընդհատ խոսվում է հարուստներ-աղքատների մասին, բայց կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանում ոչ ոք աշխատավարձով մեծահարուստ չի դարձել: Դրա համար ոչ թե ծանրությունը պետք է դնել աշխատավարձերի վրա, կանխարգելելով դրանց բարձրացումը, այլ պետք է գույքի վրա դնել, որովհետեւ գույքը հստակ ցույց է տալիս, թե ով է հարուստ, ով է աղքատ:
Ինչու հիմա դա չենք անում, որովհետեւ, ցավոք, այսօր համապատասխան չունենք, մեր գույքահարկի բազաները թարմացման անհրաժեշտություն ունեն»,-խոստովանեց Փաշինյանը:
