Վարչապետը եւ ԵՄ հանձնակատարը քննարկել են թվայնացման ոլորտում համագործակցության ուղղությունները
SOCIETYՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ, միացյալ թվային շուկայի հարցերով ԵՄ հանձնակատար Անդրուս Անսիպին:
Վարչապետը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ վերջին շրջանում ՀՀ-ԵՄ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնական փոխայցերի ակտիվացումը վկայում է քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակի եւ համագործակցության հագեցած օրակարգի մասին: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արդյունավետ է գնահատել մարտի 4-5-ը Բրյուսել կատարած իր այցը, որի ընթացքում ԵՄ կառույցների ղեկավարների հետ քննարկվել են երկկողմ գործակցության ընդլայնման հարցեր: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ բարձր եւ թվային տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի զարգացումը ՀՀ կառավարության բարեփոխումների օրակարգում գտնվող առաջնահերթություններից է, եւ ԵՄ-ն կարեւոր գործընկեր է Հայաստանի համար այս ոլորտում, ինչի մասին է վկայում ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի շրջանակում այս բնագավառի ներառումը:
Էլեկտրոնային կառավարման գործիքների ներդրման, ՏՏ եւ հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտներում ընթացիկ ծրագրերի շուրջ մտքերի փոխանակումից հետո զրուցակիցները քննարկել են համատեղ նոր ծրագրերի իրականացման հեռանկարները: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է եղել հանրային ծառայությունների թվայնացման եւ առցանց գործող ծառայությունների շրջանակի ընդլայնման, դրանց վերաբերյալ հանրային իրազեկվածության բարձրացման, թվային տեխնոլոգիաներից օգտվելու հմտությունների զարգացման եւ մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով գործակցության խթանման հարցերին: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել՝ քննարկումներ սկսել թվային մեկ ընդհանուր ծրագիր ունենալու շուրջ, որում ներառված կլինեն այս ուղղությամբ Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն գործակցության առաջնահերթությունները:
Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանին եւ Տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանին` մշտական կապի մեջ լինել ԵՄ գործընկերների հետ եւ համատեղ աշխատել տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների եւ թվայնացման ոլորտում գործակցության ուղղությունների մշակման շուրջ:
