Շենգավիթում ոստիկանը ստիպել է կնոջը ամուսնու կողմից իրեն դանակահարելու մասին կեղծ հաղորդագրություն տալ

Քաղաքացի Նունե Մ.-ն ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ ամուսինը իրեն ծեծելով Գարեգին Նժդեհի հրապարակից նստեցրել է  տաքսի ավտոմեքենա, ճանապարհին ծեծել է, հայհոյել, ստուգել  գրպանները, իր կամքին հակառակ գրպանից հանել է 20 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ գումար, ապա տարել է մորաքրոջ տնակ, որտեղ դանակով հարվածել է ազդրին, իսկ այնտեղ  մեկ օր պահելուց հետո  բաց է թողել:  Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունը:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 133-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 176-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Նունե Մ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ ոստիկանությունում իր տված հաղորդումը գրել է Շենգավիթի բաժնի օպերլիազորի թելադրանքով, դրանում նշված հանգամանքները սուտ են և իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: Ինքը միայն հայտնել է ամուսնու կողմից իրեն ծեծի ենթարկելու մասին, մինչդեռ օպերլիազորը ստիպելով ու խաբելով իրեն, ուղղորդել է հաղորդման մեջ շարադրել իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ:

Քաղաքացի Նունե Մ.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով՝ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
