Արարատի մարզում աշակերտների զանգվածային թունավորման գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Արարատի մարզի Բաղրամյան և Այգեզարդ գյուղերի դպրոցներում սեպտեմբերի 10-ին աշակերտների զանգվածային թունավորման դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է. գործը ուղարկվել է Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան: Այս մասին Արմենպրես-ին հայտնի դարձավ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Մեղադրանքի համաձայն` «Գոհար Սարգսյան» ՍՊԸ-ի աշխատակից Գրիգոր Նազարյանը Բաղրամյան գյուղում գտնվող հրուշակեղենի արտադրամասում չի պահպանել «Սննդամթերքի հիգենային ներկայացվող պահանջների տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը հաստատելու մասին» որոշման պահանջները:
Որպես սննդի շղթայի օպերատոր՝ Գրիգոր Նազարյանը, սեպտեմբերի 9-10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում չի իրականացրել վտանգի աղբյուրների վերլուծության հիգենիկ պատշաճ գործելակերպի կանոնների համատեղ կիրառումն ամրապնդող վերահսկողություն, որի հետևանքով արտադրվել է սպառողների առողջության անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող հրուշակեղեն, այն է` երկրոդային աղտոտվածությամբ` ԱՑԽՄ (աղիքային ցուպիկ) և Բացիլուս Ցերեուս (Bacillus cereus) տեսակի մանրէներով ախտահարված հրուշակեղեն:
Արտադրված ապրանքը սեպտեմբերի 10-ին Գրիգոր Նազարյանն առաքել է Բաղրամյան և Այգեզարդ գյուղերի միջնակարգ դպրոցներ, որտեղ էլ վաճառվել է դպրոցականներին: Արդյունքում նույն օրը Այգեզարդի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 8 և Բաղրամյանի միջնակարգ դպրոցից 44 աշակերտ թունավորման ախտանիշներով հոսպիտալացվել է հիվանդանոց:
Գրիգոր Նազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 279-րդ հոդվածի երկրորրդ մասի առաջին և երկրորդ կետով:
Մեղադրյալին սպառնում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեքհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, կամ ուղղիչ աշխատանքներ՝ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով, կամ առավելագույնը հինգ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում կամ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկում՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով կամ առանց դրա:
Դատարանը Գրիգոր Նազարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
Արարատի մարզում սեպտեմբերի 10-ին արձանագրվել էր զանգվածային թունավորման երկու դեպք: Բաղրամյան գյուղի դպրոցի 38 և Այգեզարդի դպրոցի 8աշակերտներ տեղափոխվել էին Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոն: Նրանք նշել էին, որ կերել են դպրոցի բուֆետից գնված նրբերշիկով հոթ-դոգ։ Մի քանիսը նաևտեղեկացրել էին< i>, որ վերջինս եղել է քաղցրահամ: Համաճարակաբանական հետազոտությամբ պարզվել էր, որ հոթ-դոգերն արտադրվել են Բաղրամյան գյուղումգտնվող մեկ արտադրամասում, որի արտադրանքը մատակարարվել էր մարզի ևս 13 բնակավայրերի դպրոցների:
