Մեղրը ունի ուժեղ հակաբակտերիալ հատկություն,որը հանգստացնում է կոկորդի ցավը և վերացնում հազը:

Լիմոնի հյութը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամին C:

Պատրաստման եղանակ

Վերցնել թավա,լցնել մեկ բաժած շաքարավազմկես բաժակ ջուր:Հետո կիսել լիմոնը և թավայի մեջ ավելացնել 1ճ.գ. լիմոնի հյութ:Ավելացնել 1ճ.գ. մեղր և կես թ.գ. մանրացրած կոճապղպեղ:Վերջում ավելացնել 1/4 գդալ մանրացրած մեխակ(խոնավությունը նվազեցնելու համար):Լավ տաքացնել թավան,երբ սկսի եռալ կրակը պակասեցնել:Այն պետք է եփվի 15-20 րոպե:Այդ ընթացքում վերցնել սկուտեղ և վրան դնել խոհարարական թուղթ:Երբ խառնուրդը կսառչի,այն կպնդանա և կմգվի:Լցնել այն թղթի վրա և թողնել 20 րոպե:Այնուհետև պետք էդրա վրա լցնել շաքարի փոշի:
