Տարածաշրջան կատարած այցն ամփոփող սովորական հայտարարություն է, որևէ արտառոց բան չկա. Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը՝ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ հայտարարության մասին
POLITICSԱյս ընթացքում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններ են արել, և սա դրանցից մեկն է, ես որևէ արտառոց բան չեմ տեսնում այս հայտարարության մեջ:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ի վերջին հայտարարությանը:
«Շատ բնական հայտարարություն է, որը կարող էին անել միջնորդները, և Կառավարության դիրքորոշումն արտահայտվել է ԱԳՆ հայտարարությամբ»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ի հայտարարության՝ ԼՂ խնդրի արդար ու տևական կարգավորումը պետք է հիմնված լինի Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտի սկզբունքների վրա: Ըստ համանախագահների՝ հակամարտության կարգավորումը պետք է հաշվի առնի 2009-2012թթ. համանախագահող երկրների նախագահների առաջարկած հավելյալ տարրերը, որոնք ենթադրում են ԼՂ-ն շրջապատող տարածքների վերադարձ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության ներքո, անվտանգության և ինքնակառավարման երաշխիքներ ապահովող միջանկյալ կարգավիճակ ԼՂ-ի համար, ՀՀ-նն և ԼՂ-ն կապող միջանցք, իրավական տեսանկյունից կամքի պարտադիր դրսևորման միջոցով ԼՂ վերջնական իրավական կարգավիճակի ապագա հստակեցում, բոլոր ներքին տեղահանված անձանց ու փախստականների՝ բնակության նախկին վայրեր վերադառնալու իրավունք, խաղաղապահ գործողություն ներառող միջազգային անվտանգության երաշխիքներ:
Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը չհամաձայնվեց այն դիտարկմանը, որ ի տարբերություն նախորդ հայտարարությունների՝ այս հայտարարությունը շատ ավելի բաց տեքստով է և ըստ էության միակողմանի ուղերձ է հայկական կողմին: «Բացե՛ք, նայե՛ք նախորդ հայտարարությունները, ոչ մի արտառոց բան չկա, իրենց այցը տարածաշրջան ամփոփող սովորական հայտարարություն է»,- ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ ի պատասխան ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ հայտարարության՝ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը նշել էր, որ երբ ՀՀ վարչապետը ԵԽ-ում խոսում է փոխզիջման մշակույթի մասին, Բաքվից սպառնում են, որ հասարակությանը կարող են պատրաստել հիմնախնդրի այլ ձևերով հանգուցալուծման:
