Ջրվեժում կատարված սպանությունը բացահայտվել է. ձերբակալվել է տուժածի որդին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Ջրվեժ գյուղի՝ 1955 թվականին ծնված բնակչի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է որդին, այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:
2019թ մարտի 10-ին`ժամը 13:25-ին, շտապօգնության 5-րդ ենթակայանից ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ իրենց է զանգահարել անհայտ քաղաքացին և հայտնել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրվեժ գյուղի տներից մեկում որդին սպանել է հորը`ծնված 1955 թվականին:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի քննչական խումբը: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019թ. մարտի 10-ին` ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, տղամարդը՝ ծնված 1983թ., Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրվեժ գյուղի տներից մեկում՝ ննջասենյակում, դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել 1955թ. ծնված տղամարդու մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, որի արդյունքում ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից վերջինս մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2019 թվականի մարտի 10-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: 1955թ. ծնված տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է տուժածի որդին՝ ծնված 1983 թվականին:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ:
Մասնավորապես՝ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել են արյան նմուշներ, դանակի փայտյա բռնակ, դանակի շեղբ, դանակ, ևս մեկ դանակ՝ ննջասենյակի սեղանի վրայից:
