«Ղեկավարվելով «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 7-ին մասով՝ Սուրեն Ղամբարյանին նշանակել աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայության պետ»,- ասված է վարչապետի որոշման մեջ:
