Վիտամիններ և մաշկի առողջություն. 5 վիտամին,որոնց պակասը արտահայտվում է մաշկի վրա
LIFEՎիտամինների դերը մարդու կյանքում շատ մեծ է:Վիտամինների պակասը առաջին հերթին արտահայտվում է մաշկի վրա և կարող է բերել վատ հերևանքների:
Որպեսզի մաշկը առողջ լինի,դրա խնամքի համար բավական շատ ժամանակ և ջանքեր են անհրաժեշտ:
1.Չոր մաշկը վիտամին A-ի պակասի արդյունք է
Չոր մաշկի դեպքում վիտամին A պարունակող քսուկներ են օգտագործվում:Այս պակասը պետք է լրացնել ոչ միայն դրսից,այլև ներսից:Պետք է սննդակարգի մեջ ներառել այնպիսի մթերքներ,որոնք պարունակում են A վիտամին:Դրանք են՝ կաթ,պանիր,ձու,միս,լյարդ, երիկամ, ձուկ:
2.Մաշկի վրայի ցանը վիտամին B2-ի պակասից է
B2 վիտամինի նշանակությունը շատ մեծ ք մարդու օրագնիզմում:Այն պահպանում է մաշկի լավ վիճակը,նպաստում է վերքերի լավացմանը:Այն նաև պաշտպանում է աչքերը ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներից:
B2 վիտամինի պակասի մասին կարող են վկայել բերանի ծայրերում ճաքերը,ցանը,մաշկի գրգռվածությունը:Այն նաև բերում է մազաթափության:
B2 վիտամինով հարուստ մթերքներն են՝ կաթ,կիսաթթու մթերքներ,բանաջարեղեն, ձվի սպիտակուց,սունկ:
3.Էկզեման վիտամին B3-ի պակասից է
Վիտամին B3-ը պատասխանատու է մաշկի առողջության և մարսողական,նյարդային համակարգերի համար:Դրա պակասը կարող է բերել դերմատիտի,մտքի տկարության և դիարեայի:
Կարող է առաջանալ նաև քոր և ցան,կարմրություն:Այս վիտամինի պակասը կարելի է լրացնել կանաչեղենի օգտագործմամբ:
4.Այտուցների առաջացումը վիտամին B6-ի մասին է վկայում
B6 վիտամինի պակասը լինում է այն ժամանակ,երբ օրգանիզմում պակասում են B12 և B9 վիտամինները:Բուսակերների մոտ նման դեպքեր շատ են պատահում:Այս վիտամինը մասնակցում է գրեթե բոլոր կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող գործընթացներին:B6 վիտամինի պակասի դեպքում առաջանում է կարմրություն,մաշկի չորություն,ցան,այտուցներ բերանի մոտ:B6 են պարունակում ձուկը և կրախմալ պարունակող մթերքները:
5.Թեփուկավոր դերմատիտը վիտամին B7-ի պակասն է
Բիոտինը ուղղակի անփոխարինելի է մաշկի և մազերի առողջության համար:Այն շատ կարևոր դեր ունի նյութափոխանակության համար,ինչպես նաև ճարպերի և ամինաթթուների մարսման համար:B7 վիտամինի պակասը կարող է լինել տապակած սննդի չարաշահումը,ալկոհոլի չարաշահումը:
B7-ի պակասի մասին է հուշում գունատությունը,թեփուկավոր դերմատիտը,չոր մաշկը,մազաթափությունը,սրտխառնոցը,թուլությունը և մկանային ցավը:
