Ամերիկացի քոլեջի ուսանող Ջոուել Վեբերը ապրում է Դալլասում և սովորում Օստինի համալսարանում։ Նա ժամանակից շուտ է լուծել իր բնակվելու վայրի հարցը։ Նա ընտրել է ամենահետաքրքիր ճանապարհը և ինքն իր համար տուն կառուցել։
