Կանանց համար սա մի ժամանակ է ,երբ պետք է հարմարվել ֆիզիկական փոփոխությունների հետ:Այս ընթացքը բոլորին չէ,որ հեշտ է տրվում:
40ը բոլորած կնոջը անգամ թեթև մանրութը կարող է հունից հանել:Հոգեբանները պնդում են,որ կանայք նման կերպ են արձագանքում իրենց կյանքի ամենադժվար շրջանում:
Որպես կանոն,45 տարեկանում կանայք սկսում են իրենց մեջ թերություններ փնտրել,նրանք սկսում են համեմատվել ավելի երիտասարդ աղջիկների հետ,ինչը բերում է թերարժեքության զգացման: Կնոջ համար ևս մեկ հարված է հանդիսանում այն,որ իր կողակիցը,թեև գտնվելով նույն տարիքում,նման փոփոխությունների չի ենթարկվում:
Արտաքին փոփոխություններից բացի առաջ են գալիս նաև ներքին փոփոխություններ:Այս ընթացքում սկսում է կանացի սեռական հորմոնների արտադրության նվազումը,օրգանիզմը սկսվում է փոփոխվել:Առաջանում է անքնություն,գերհոգնածություն,մաշկի և մկանների թուլություն,մազաթափություն:
Կլիմաքսը դա բնական ֆիզիոլոգիական գործընթաց է,որը տևում է 10 տարի:Այս ընթացքում նվազում է վերարտադրողական գործառույթը:Ճիշտ կենսակերպի դեպքում կինը կարող է թեթև տանել այս ընթփացքը:
Խնդիրն այն է,որ կինն այս շրջանում բախվում է այն խնդրի հետ,որ չի կարողանում լիովին բավարարել իր ցանկությունները:40 անց կանանց մոտ երբեմն նկատվում է բնավորության փոփոխություն:Նա փորձում է մարտահրավեր նետել ծերացման գործընթացին:
Բրիտանացի գիտնականները պարզել են,որ 45+ կանանց մոտ մեծ է շիզոֆրենիայի հավանականությունը:Աշխարհի բնակչության 1%-ի մոտ ատորոշվում է այս հիվանդությունը,իսկ այդ հիվանդների 20%-ը 45 անց կանայք են:
Ցավոք սրտի այս հիվանդության պատճառով հիվանդը կարող է վնաս հասցնել ոչ միայն ինքն իրեն,այլև շրջապատի մարդկանց:Այդպես ԱՄն-ի նահագներից մեկում ապրող մի կին,հավատալով,որ իր տղայի մեջ չար հոգի է մտել,որոշել էր դուրս քշել դրան դանակի միջոցով:Բարեբախատաբար ոստիկանները ժամանակին էին հասել:
Բժիշկները պդնում են,որ կայանք պետք է համակերպվեն իրենց կյանքում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունների հետ 45-ից հետո նման վատ դեպքերից խուսափելու համար:
Պետք է ավելի շատ ժամանակ անցկացնել մաքուր օդում,ակտիվ կյանք վարել,վերանայել սննդակարգը:Պետք է ավելի շատ մրգեր և բանջարեղեն ուտել:
