Հայաստանյան երեք բանկերի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվել է հայկական ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերման նշանակալի գործարք

Հայաստանյան երեք բանկերի համատեղ ֆինանսավորմամբ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում առաջին անգամ իրականացվել է գործարք, որի շրջանակում արտասահմանյան ռազմավարական ներդրողի կողմից ձեռք է բերվել հայկական ընկերություն: Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված Chaarat Gold Holdings ընկերությունը 55 մլն
ԱՄՆ դոլարով ձեռք է բերել «Կապանի Լեռնահարստացման Կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի բաժնետոմսերի 100%-ը` նույն բորսայում ցուցակված ռուսական Russian Polymetal Group ընկերության դուստր ձեռնարկությունից:

Գործարքն իրականացվել է Ամերիաբանկի նախաձեռնությամբ, հայաստանյան երկու գործընկեր բանկերի հետ համատեղ՝ համախմբելով 40 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային ռեսուրս, որից 32 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարն ապահովվել է Ամերիաբանկի կողմից:

«Այս գործարքով հայկական բանկերը միջազգային ֆինանսական հանրությանն ապացուցեցին նման բարդ գործարքներ իրականացնելու, ինչպես նաև տեղական ֆինանսական ռեսուրսները միջազգային գործարքների ֆինանսավորման համար
համախմբելու իրենց կարողությունը: Բացի այդ, գործարքը ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը գրավիչ է միջազգային կապիտալի և ներդրումների համար», - ասաց Բանկի Կորպորատիվ ներդրումային բանկային գործառնությունների դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գագիկ Սահակյանը:

«Ուրախ ենք, որ այս գործարքով մենք դարձանք Հայաստանում առաջին խոշոր օտարերկրյա ներդրողը հեղափոխությունից հետո: Շրջակա միջավայրի, սոցիալական և կորպորատիվ կառավարումը առանցքային դեր ունեն մեր ընկերության
մշակույթում, ինչպես նաև ռազմավարության և գործունեության մեջ: Դրանք համահունչ են Հայաստանում գործունեության թափանցիկության ապահովման նոր ձևավորված սկզբունքներին: Հայաստանը մեզ համար բիզնես գործունեություն ծավալելու հիանալի հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում», - նշեց «Չաարաթ» ընկերության գլխավոր
