Հայաստանում բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակարանների միջին գներն աճել են 0.2 տոկոսով

Այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ինչպես ՀՀ մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, այնպես էլ մարզերում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների, 1 քմ մակերեսի հաշվարկով, շուկայական միջին գներն աճել են 0.2 տոկոսով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեից, 2015 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբերին Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում վաճառված բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների առուվաճառքների (պայմանագրային) գների և առաջարկվող գների վերլուծության արդյունքում բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների 1 քմ մակերեսի ձևավորված շուկայական միջինացված գինը կազմել է 274.2 հազար դրամ՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատավածի 273.6 հազար դրամի դիմաց։ Ընդ որում, Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում գինը մնացել է 428 հազար դրամ անփոփոխ մակարդակի վրա, իսկ ամենամեծ գնային փոփոխությունն աձանագրվել է Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում, որտեղ բնակարանների 1 քմ մակերեսի գինը 250.7 հազարից հասել է 251.9 հազար դրամի։
2015 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբերին Երևան քաղաքում անշարժ գույքի 9142 առուվաճառքի գործարքների 63.9 տոկոսն արձանագրվել են բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների նկատմամբ: Երևան քաղաքում 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների առուվաճառքի գործարքների քանակը նվազել է 19.9 տոկոսով, իսկ ՀՀ մարզերում՝ 16.5 տոկոսով՝ մինչև 2851 բնակարան։ Ըստ մարզերի բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների 1 քառ. մ մակերեսի ձևավորված շուկայական միջինացված ամենաբարձր գները հետևյալ քաղաքներում են. Արագածոտնի Աշխ արակ քաղաքում՝ 116 հազար դրամ (աճը`200 դրամ), Արարատի մարզի Մասիսում ՝ 115.8 հազար դրամ (աճը՝ 500 դրամ), Արմավիրի մարզի Վաղարշապատ քաղաքում՝ 154.15 հազար դրամ (նվազումը՝ 50 դրամ ), Գեղարքունիքի Մարտունիում՝ 107.65 դրամ (աճը՝ 50 դրամ), Լոռու Սպիտակ քաղաքում՝ 99.8 հազար դրամ (մնացել է անփոփոխ), Կոտայքի Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում՝ 292.5 հազար դրամ (նվազումը՝ 100 դրամ), Շիրակի Գյումրի քաղաքում՝ 109.3 հազար դրամ (նվազումը՝ 100 դրամ), Սյունիքի մարզի Քաջարանում՝ 94.65 հազար դրամ (նվազումը՝ 50 դրամ), Վայոց ձորի Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում՝ 125.6 հազար դրամ (աճը՝ 300 դրամ), իսկ Տավուշի մարզի Իջ ևան քաղաքում բնակարանի 1 քառ. մակերեսի միջին գինը կազմել է 118.3 հազար դրամ և նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ մնացել անփոփոխ։
