Բանանը հայտնի է սննդարար նյութերի պարունակությամբ, բայց քչերը գիտեն, որ օգտակար է նաև դրա կեղևը։ Fithacker.ru-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ բանանի կեղևը ևս նյութեր է պարունակում, ինչի շնորհիվ կարող է օգտագործվել տարբեր նպատակներով։

 

Ատամների սպիտակեցում։ Բանանի կեղևը մի քանի րոպե քսեք ատամներին։ Արդյունքի հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել մի քանի շաբաթ շարունակ։

 

Հանգստացնում է գլխացավը։ Կալիումի պարունակության շնորհիվ բանանն իդեալական միջոց է՝ գլխացավերի դեմ պայքարելու համար։ Բանանի կեղևը դրեք ճակատին, ինչպես նաև՝ իրանի հետևի հատվածին։

Պայքարում է գորտնուկների դեմ։ Մաշկի վնասված հատվածին բանանի կեղև դրեք։

Օգնում է թութքի դեպքում։ Մաշկի վնասված հատվածին մոտավորապես 5 րոպե բանանի կեղև դրեք։ Օրվա ընթացքում կրկնեք 5 անգամ։

Օգնում է կապտուկների ապաքինմանը։ Վերականգնող հատկությունների միջոցով բանանի կեղևն օգնում է կապտուկների ապաքինմանը։

Ազատում է բշտիկներից։ Բանանի կեղևի զարմանալի հատկություններից մեկն էլ ակնեի դեմ պայքարն է։ Այն օգնում է պայքարել բորբոքման դեմ, հանգստացնում է գրգռվածությունը, կանխարգելում նոր բշտիկների առաջացումը։

Փսորիազ։ Բանանն օգնում է խոնավեցնել մաշկը, հանգստացնել քորը։ Մաշկի վնասված հատվածին օրվա ընթացքում 2 անգամ բանանի կեղև դրեք։

Ցան և քոր։ Բանանի կեղևը քսեք մաշկի վնասված հատվածին, և այն կօգնի կարճ ժամանակահատվածում հանգստացնել քորը, ազատվել ցանից, կանխարգելել նորի առաջացումը։
