Ահա, թե ինչ է նշանակում, երբ ձեր աչքերը սկսում են «թրթռալ»․․․
LIFEՄեզանից շատերը գիտեն, թե ինչ է աչքի թրթռոցը, քանի որ իրականում բոլորս մեր կյանքում գոնե մեկ անգամ բախվել ենք այդ խնդրին։ Աչքի թրթռոցը տեղի է ունենում անսպասելի։ Հնարավոր է այդ ժամանակ դուք դիտում եք հեռուստացույց, կարդում գիրք, կամ պարզապես ինչ-որ բան պատրաստում, երբ հանկարծ զգում եք, որ ձեր աչքը թրթռում է։ Այն ինչը դուք զգում եք համարվում է մկանային սպազմ կամ նյարդային թռիչք ձեր աչքի շուրջ։ Աչքի թրթռոցը վտանգավոր չէ առողջության համար, սակայն այն կարող է ցույց տալ որոշ լուրջ խնդիրներ առողջության հետ։ Բացի դա, այն կարող է լինել բավականին նյարդայնացնող։
Գիտությունը սահմանում է աչքի թրթռոցը ինչպես՝ «կրկնվող, անվերահսկելի թարթոց կամ կոպի սպազմ, որպես կանոն վերևի կոպ»։ Դա աչքի մկանի սպազմ է, որը կարող է ազդել մեկ կամ 2 աչքերի վրա և տևել մի քանի վայրկյանից, մինչև մի քանի րոպե։ Հազվադեպ, հնարավոր է նաև մի քանի օր, մինչև ինքուրույն անցնելը։
Ինչի՞ մասին է ահազանգում աչքերի թրթռոցը։
Չկա այս հարցի որևէ հստակ պատասխան։ Այն սովորաբար կապված է սթրեսի կամ հոգնածության հետ, սակայն հնարավոր է նաև, որ լինի կոֆեինի, ալկոհոլի, ծխախոտի չարաշահումից։ Այն նաև կարող է առաջանալ աչքերի չորությունից, աչքերի լարվածությունից, ալերգիայից կամ աչքերի մեմբրայի նյարդերի թուլությունից։ Հաճախ այն տեղի է ունենում առանց պատճառի։ Սակայն կրկնում ենք աչքերի այս սպազմը անվաս է։
յուս կողմից, կան դեպքեր, երբ աչքի թրթռոցը (ցնցումը) առաջացնում է որոշ նյարդաբանական խանգարումների պատճառով, ինչպիսիք են բլեֆարոսպազմը (անկանոն թարթում կամ սպազմ) կամ ամիոթրոֆիկ կողային սկլերոզ։ Բլեֆարոսպազմը, որը ավելի հատկանշական է կանանց, քան տղամարդկանց, սովորաբար զարգանում է միջին տարիքում մինչև հասունություն։
Եթե ձեզ մոտ առաջացել են հետչյալ նախանշաններից, ապա առանց հապաղելու դիմեք ակնաբույժին։
Եթե ձեր աչքերի սպազմը շարունակվում է մեկ շաբաթից երկար,
Եթե սպազմը ամբողջությամբ ծածկում է կոպը,
Եթե սպազմը ազդում է ձեր ամբողջ դեմքի վրա,
Եթե ձեր աչքերը կարմրում են կամ աչքերից առաջանում է հոսք,
Եթե վերևի կոպը սկսում է թուլանալ։
Եթե ձեր մոտ կա հետևյալ խնդիրները, ապա ակնաբույժին այցելելուց հետո, հնարավո է ձեզ ուղարկեն նյարդաբանի կամ այլ մասնագետի մոտ։
