Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը նոյեմբերի 16-ին ելույթ կունենա Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի զույգ պալատների առջեւ, որոնք օրվա երկրորդ կեսին արտահերթ նիստ կգումարեն Վերսալում: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հղում անելով Ելիսեյան պալատին, պետության ղեկավարը մտադիր է միասնության կոչել հայրենակիցներին, որպեսզի միասնաբար հակահարված տան ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքին:

Կոնգրեսը՝ Ազգային ժողովի եւ Սենատի համատեղ արտագնա նիստը, տեղի կունենա ազգային սգի երրորդ օրը, որը Ֆրանսիայում հայտարարված է նոյեմբերի 13-ի երեկոյան Փարիզում կատարված մի շարք ահաբեկչական գործողությունների կապակցությամբ:

Ահաբեկիչների գործողությունների հետեւանքով, որոնց գրոհների օբյեկտներ են դարձել համերգասրահ, մարզադաշտ, մի շարք սրճարաններ, զոհվել է 129 մարդ: Հոսպիտալացվել են 300-ից ավելի փարիզցիներ, որոնցից գրեթե հարյուրը ծանր վիճակում են:

Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխան՝ օրենսդիրները նախագահի ուղերձը կքննարկեն արդեն այն բանից հետո, երբ պետության ղեկավարը կհեռանա Կոնգրեսի նիստից:

Համատեղ նիստի կանոնակարգը քվեարկության անցկացում չի նախատեսում:

Սպասվում է, որ Վերսալում՝ Ֆրանսիայի թագավորների նախկին նստավայրում, նոյեմբերի 16-ին կհավաքվեն Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր 577 պատգամավորները եւ հանրապետության 348 սենատորները: Իր նախագահական լիազորությունների ընթացքում Օլանդն առաջին անգամ ելույթ կունենա պատգամավորական կորպուսի ամբողջ կազմի առջեւ: Ինչպես ՏԱՍՍ-ին հիշեցրել են ֆրանսիացի պատմաբանները, Ֆրանսիայում մինչ այժմ ուժի մեջ է մնում խորհրդարանի պալատներ պետության ղեկավարի այցերի՝ 1873 թվականից գործող արգելքը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
