Կրկեսի բացումը ամենայն հավանականությամբ կլինի մյուս տարի: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Երևանի Կրկեսի գլխավոր ինժեներ Ավագ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչ փուլում են կրկեսի շենքի աշխատանքները:

 

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, որ նախկինում նշվել էր, թե տեխնիկական խնդիրներ են մնացել լուծելու, և ավելի շուտ դրանք հնարավոր չէ լուծել, նա նշեց՝ «մեղմ ասած՝ միայն տեխնկական խնդիրներ»: «Այս կառույցի, կոմպլեքսի տեխնիկական խնդիրները շատ ավելի բարդ ու ծավալուն են, քան միայն շինարարական աշխատանքները»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ շատ բարդ հարցեր կան, որոնց շուրջ պետք է աշխատել:

 

Ավագ Հովհաննիսյանը համաձայն չէ, որ գործընթացը ձգձգվում է: «Եթե նոր, ավելի հետաքրքիր առաջարկ չարվի, որ ավելի հզոր ու ավելի լավ լինի, մյուս տարի բացումը կլինի: Ներդրողները ցանկանում են ամենալավ լուծումը տալ տեխնիկական զինվածության առումով, որովհետև ցանկանում են լավագույնը: Եթե լավ առումով այդպիսի անակնկալ չլինի, մյուս տարի կավարտենք, մենք էլ ենք շատ ուզում վերջացնել»,-ասաց նա:

 

Ըստ նրա՝ կարճ ժամանակում հնարավոր չէ կրկես կառուցել, քանի որ բարդ կառույց է: Նա նշեց, որ ներդրումների ծավալը, իհարկե, նոր տեխնիկակական միջոցների համար ավելացել է, սակայն նշեց, որ իրավասու չէ ասել, թե որքան է ավելացել, քանի որ երբ նվեր են ստանում, գումարը չեն հարցնում: «Եթե ներդրողը ցանկանա, վերջում կասի»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այսպիսի կրկես տարածաշրջանում չի լինելու:
