SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ մարտի 16-ին, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում, ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 118 հոդվածի և 137 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում հետաքննչական մարմինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը թույլատրի իրավապահներին խուզարկություն կատարել Երևան քաղաքի Շահումյան 6-րդ փողոցում բնակվող, 46-ամյա Արթուր Սարգսյանին պատկանող տանը և դրան կից օժանդակ շինություններում:
