SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է ռեստորանից խոշոր չափերով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Երևան քաղաքի՝ 51-ամյա բնակչին:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի՝ 1967թ. ծնված բնակիչը 2018թ. մայիսից աշխատել է Հրազդանի կիրճում գործող ռեստորաններից մեկում՝ որպես պահակ՝ միաժամանակ բնակվելով նշված ռեստորանում:
Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 51-ամյա տղամարդը, օգտագործելով իրեն վստահված գույքի նկատմամբ ունեցած լիազորությունները, 2018թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ի ժամը 23:00-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 13-ի ժամը 09:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ռեստորանից ապօրինի, յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 1 007 000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք տարբեր տեսակի գույք, այն է՝ երաժշտական կենտրոն, էլեկտրական գեներատոր և խմիչք:
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 51-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:
Հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
