«Մադրիդյան սկզբունքների» գործընթացի ստա՞րտ, թե՞ ֆալստարտ
POLITICSՍտեփանակերտում հայկական երկու պետությունների ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդների համատեղ նիստում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Արցախի հարցով հանդիպում-քննարկումները, ինչպես նաև՝ առաջիկայում հնարավոր բանակցությունները տեղի են ունենալու Մադրիդյան փաստաթղթի հիման վրա: Սա այն փաստաթուղթն է, որը տարիներ շարունակ քննադատության թիրախում է եղել՝ համարվելով «հող հանձնելու» փաստաթուղթ:
Թե իրականում դա իրենից ինչ է ներկայայացնում, դեռ ամբողջական գնահատական դժվար է տալ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ փաստաթղթի մի մասն է միայն հրապարակայնացվել, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ այդ փաստաթուղթը չի նախատեսում բանակցություններին արցախյան կողմի մասնակցություն՝ գոնե այս փուլում:
Սակայն իշխանությունները հենց այնպես չեն գնալու լուծման որևէ տարբերակի: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այս թեմայով քաղաքական ուժերի հետ հանդիպումների շարք է սկսելու: Չի բացառվում, որ նման քննարկումներ լինեն նաև նախորդ իշխանությունների՝ իրազեկ ներկայացուցիչների հետ, եթե նրանք համաձայնեն մասնակցել:
