Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Բոգդանովը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան, ինչպես նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ը եւ Թուրքիան տարակարծություններ ունեն քրդերին ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ցուցակում ընդգրկելու հարցում:
Վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, նա ճշգրտել է, որ Թուրքիան ցանկանում է սիրիացի քրդերին մտցնել ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ցուցակ:
«Նրանք Սիրիայի քրդական Դեմոկրատական միասնության կուսակցությունն ահաբեկչական են գտնում: Մենք գտնում ենք, որ նրանք օրինական կազմակերպություն են: Այստեղ տարակարծություններ կան ոչ միայն մեր եւ թուրքերի, այլ նաեւ թուրքերի եւ ամերիկացիների միջեւ: Նրանք անգամ տարակարծություններ ունեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներսում», -ասել է ռուս դիվանագետը:
ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարի խոսքով` Մոսկվան գտնում է, որ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում պետք է մասնակցություն ունենան բոլորը. «Եւ Սաուդյան Արաբիան, եւ Իրանը, եւ շիաները, եւ սունիները.. Պայմանավորվածություն կա Հորդանանի հետ եւս, իսկ Եգիպտոսի հետ` դեռ ոչ: Բայց երկկողմանի մակրադակում մենք Կահիրեի հետ սերտ շփումների մեջ ենք ամենաբարձր մակարդակով», -հավելել է նա:
Սպիտակ տան ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդականի օգնական Բեն Ռոդսը Թուրքիայի Անթալիա քաղաքում անցկացվող G20 գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում կազմակերպված մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է, որ «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարում ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակելու է սիրիացի քրդերի հետ համագործակցությունը:
Ռոդսն ասել է, որ սիրիացի քրդերի Ժողովրդական ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատներն (YPG) ընդդիմադիր սունի արաբների հետ պայքարում են ԻՊ-ի դեմ եւ Վաշինգտոնը շարունակելու է այդ գործում աջակցել ու համագործակցել ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարող բոլոր ուժերի հետ, քանի որ, ըստ նրա` Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում այդ ուժերին աջակցությունը հանդիսանում է ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային ջանքերի մի մասը
