Վարչապետի վարկանիշը նվազել է
POLITICS«Ներքին սպառման» սոցիոլոգիական փակ հետազոտությունները նորություն չեն: Իշխանափոխությունից հետո ևս պարբերաբար նման հարցումներ են անցկացվում, որոնց արդյունքները ներկայացվում են իշխանություններին և կառավարության ղեկավարին: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, օրերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին են ներկայացվել վերջին սոցհարցումների արդյունքները, որոնք ցույց են տալիս, որ հանրության շրջանում վարչապետի վարկանիշը զգալի անկում է ապրել և տատանվում է 52-53 տոկոսի շրջանակներում: Իհարկե, նման ցուցանիշը ցանկացած պետության համար բավականին բարձր է, ավելին՝ երազանքի ցուցանիշ կարող է համարվել ցանկացած իշխանության համար, սակայն մեր իշխանություններին մտահոգել է:
Չմոռանանք, որ ընդամենը տասն ամիս առաջ Փաշինյանն ուներ ավելի քան 90 տոկոս սատարում, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կայացած արտահերթ ընտրությունների ժամանակ 70 տոկոսից ավելի աջակցություն է ստացել, այսինքն՝ միայն վերջին երեք ամսվա ընթացքում վարչապետի աջակիցների բանակը նվազել է մոտ 20 տոկոսով, իսկ տասն ամսվա ընթացքում՝ ընդհանրապես շուրջ 35-40 տոկոսով: Այստեղ խոսքը կոնկրետ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշի մասին է, քանի որ կառավարությանը սատարողների ցուցանիշն էլ ավելի է իջել. կառավարության գործունեությունը հավանում է հարցվածների մոտ 45 տոկոսը: Այս արդյունքները շատ մտահոգիչ են եղել Փաշինյանի համար, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված են այն անհանգստությունը և հարձակումները, որ կան մամուլի, ՖԲ-ի և տեղեկատվական այլ հարթակների նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև որոշակի պոպուլիստական քայլերով հասարակության վստահությունը վերականգնելու և կարևոր թեմաներից ուշադրություն շեղելու տարբեր դրսևորումները: Ստացվում է, որ իշխանության տեսակետից ընտրությունները դեկտեմբերին անցկացնելն իսկապես արդարացված էր, քանզի եթե դրանք տեղի ունենային, օրինակ, ապրիլին, ապա «Իմ քայլը» կստանար անհամեմատ ցածր քվեներ, իսկ խորհրդարանում կլիներ ոչ թե երեք, այլ հինգ կուսակցություն, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀԿ-ն և ՀՅԴ-ն:
