Եկամուտ չապահովելու պատճառով փակվել է Երևան-Նոյեմբերյան երթուղին

Մի քանի ամիս գործելուց հետո դադարեցվել են Երևան-Նոյեմբերյան երթուղու աշխատանքները։ Դրա փոխարեն բնակիչները սկսել են օգտվել տաքսիներից․ այլ ուղևորների հետ հավաքվում են, նստում մի տաքսի և այդպես կազմակերպում իրենց երթևեկությունը: Ստացվում է՝ մարդիկ ճարահատյալ դիմում են այլևայլ միջոցների՝ պետության անգործության պատճառով: Չէ՞ որ, միջքաղաքային կանոնավոր տրանսպորտ պետք է գործի և մի բան էլ՝ էժան յուրաքանչյուր այլ այլընտրանքից: 

Կանոնավոր տրանսպորտի բացակայության բացասական ազդեցությունը իրենց կյանքի որակի վրա հատկապես զգում են աղքատ կամ միջին խավի մարդիկ, ուսանողները, թոշակառուները, ովքեր հանրային տրանսպորտի հիմնական սպառողն են:

Երթուղու վարորդներն ասում են, որ աշխատանքների դադարեցնելու պատճառը անհրաժեշտ եկամուտ չապահովելն է։ Շահույթ ստանալուն խանգարում է նաև այն, որ տաքսի սերվիզները հարկեր չեն վճարում, ի տարբերություն իրենց։ Ստացվում է, որ երկար տարիներ երթուղի չունենալու պատճառով մարդիկ սովորել են տաքսիներին։ 

Լուրեր․com-ի թղթակիցը զրուցեց Նոյեմբերյան համայքնի բնակիչ Տիկին Կարինեի հետ, ով ասաց՝

«Մեր տարածաշրջանում հանրային տրանսպորտի խնդիիրը բավականին մեծ է։ Առաջին հերթին` միջգյուղական տրանսպորտը։ Մենք մեծ համայնք ենք, բայց հանրային տրանսպորտ կա միայն 3 գյուղերի համար։ Բացի դա` կա մայրաքաղաքի հետ կապի բացակայություն։ Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր օգտվում են հանրային տրանսպորտից, կարևորում են այդ երկու հազար դրամը։ Գյուղացու համար դա փոքր գումար չէ։ Այս հարցի լուծումը պետք է լինի այն, որ հանրային տրանսպորտի գինը որոշակիորեն կրկին իջեցվի։ Եթե, օրինակ` գինը լինի 1000 տրամ, օգտվողների թիվը կմեծանա և չի լինի նաև շահույթի խնդիր։ Ամեն դեպքում սխալ եմ համարում սահմանամերձ համայնքների և մայրաքաղաքի միջև կապի բացակայությունը։ Որոշակի բաներ փոխելուց հետո, մարդիկ մեծ ուրախությամբ կօգտվեն տրանսպորտից։ Օրինակ` եթե Երևանում կանգառը միայն մեկը չլինի։ Ավելանա կանգառների թիվը, և դրանք լինեն քաղաքի կենտրոնական մասերում։ Կամ, եթե ավելանա գազելների թիվը և միայն մեկ ժամի չշարժվեն` հնարավորություն լինի օրվա տարբեր ժամերի գնալ Երևան»,-նշեց բնակիչը։

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավարի օգնական Արմեն Ամիրաղյանն ասաց․

«Նախկինում էլ եղել է նման երթուղի, որը նորից կարճ ժամանակ է գործել։ Այդ երթուղու աշխատանքները համայնքապետարանի հետ կապ չունի, դա պատկանում է Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությանը։ Կարծում եմ, որ պատճառը տաքսիների հետ մրցակցությունն է։ Տաքսիներն ավելի հարմար են, քանի որ տանից վերցնում են և տանում այն կետը, որտեղ ուզում ես։ Համայնքապետարանը զբաղվում է միջհամայնքային  տրանսպորտային միջոցների նորացմամբ։ 9 համայնքներից մի քանիսում չկա միջգյուղային տրանսպորտ»,-ասաց նա։
