Նազարբաևը հրաժարականից առաջ որոշումը քննարկել է Պուտինի հետ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՂազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը մարտի 19-ին իր լիազորությունները վայր դնելու որոշման մասին պաշտոնապես հայտարարելուց առաջ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել իր ռուս գործընկեր Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ:
Ինչպես նշում է kommersant.ru-ն, հեռախոսազրույցը տեղի է ունեցել ցերեկը:
ՌԴ նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովի փոխանցմամբ՝ հեռախոսազրույցի բովանդակության մասին տեղեկություն չկա:
Մինչդեռ minval.az-ը մեջբերում է Ղազախստանի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրությունը, համաձայն որի՝ Պուտինն ու Նազարբաևը քննարկել են վերջինիս հրաժարականի հարցը:
«Պետությունների ղեկավարները խոսել են Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի՝ 2019թ. մարտի 20-ից Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի լիազորությունները վայր դնելու որոշման մասին»,-ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
Հայտնի է, որ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ապագայում շարունակել կանոնավոր շփումները:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր tert.am-ը, Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը մարտի 19-ին ժողովրդին ուղղված հատուկ ուղերձում հայտարարել է երկրի ղեկավարի լիազորությունները վայր դնելու որոշման մասին:
«Ես որոշում եմ ընդունել դադարեցնել որպես նախագահ իմ լիազորությունները»,- ասել է նա իր տեսաուղերձում:
Նազարբաևը ժողովրդին ուղղված ուղերձում հայտնել է, որ տվյալ որոշումը հեշտ չի եղել:
«Ես բարդ որոշում եմ կայացրել: Ինձ ընձեռվել էր անկախ երկրի առաջին նախագահը լինելու մեծագույն պատիվը: Մենք ձեզ հետ կարողացանք ԽՍՀՄ փլատակների վրա հաջողակ պետություն կառուցել. մենք մեր դրոշն ու զինանշանն ունենք»,-ասել է նա:
Նա հավելել է, որ նախագահի լիազորությունները փոխանցվել են երկրի խորհրդարանի վերին պալատի նախագահ Քասիմ Ժոմարտ Տոկաևին:
Նազարբաևը նախագահել է 1990թ. ապրիլի 24-ից: Վերջին անգամ նա երկրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում էր վերընտրվել 2015թ. ապրիլին, երբ կայացել էին արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրություններ: Սա Նազարբաևի պաշտոնավարման 5-րդ ժամկետն է:
