ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են թմրամիջոց ապօրինի իրացնելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, մեխանիզմը. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 34 -ամյա տղամարդուն: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:
2013 թվականի մայիսի 6-ին Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1984 թվականին, հեռախոսազանգի միջոցով Երևանում բնակվող իր՝ 1985թ. ծնված ծանոթից ստանալով թմրամիջոց իրացնելու պատվեր, վերջինիս հետ համաձայնության է եկել՝ կես դեղահաբ «Բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց իրացնելու հարցում:

Այդ նպատակով 2013 թվականի մայիսի 7-ին իր բնակության վայրում՝ վարձակալած բնակարանում, հանդիպել է պատվիրատուին, նրանից ստացել գումար, այնուհետև, հեռախոսազանգով ստացած ցուցումների համաձայն, մեկ հաբ «Բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի համար պահանջվող գումարը սուպերմարկետի վճարային տերմինալով փոխանցել է, որից հետո միայն տեղեկացել թմրամիջոցի գտնվելու վայրի մասին. ըստ պայմանավորվածության՝ թմրամիջոցը նա պետք է վերցներ Երևանի փողոցներից մեկի ծառի տակից:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ հիշյալ թմրամիջոցի կեսը 34-ամյա տղամարդն ապօրինի իրացրել է պատվիրատուին, իսկ մյուս կեսը՝ պահել իր անձնական օգտագործման համար:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 34-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 266-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ դատարանը թույլատրելի է համարել այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցի՝ գրավի կիրառումը:
Հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
