Վրաստանի համար շահավետ է իրանական գազը Հայաստանի միջոցով տարանցելը, եթե Ռուսաստանին չպատկանող գազատար լինի. Վան Բայբուրդ

Վրաստանի հասարակական գործիչ Վան Բայբուրդի կարծիքով՝ շատ կարևոր էին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանիի հետ հանդիպումը և դրա շրջանակներում իրանական գազի համար տարանցիկության մասին արած հայտարարությունը:

 Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց՝ անդրադառնալով նրան, թե իրականում Վրաստանում ինչ արձագանքի է արժանացել իրանական գազի ներմուծումը Հայաստանի միջոցով:

«Այն նաև մեծ արձագանք առաջացրեց Վրաստանում: Բայց քանի որ բոլորս գիտենք, որ Իրանի հետ այսօր համագործակցելը նաև գազի մատակարարման հարցում այլ կողմերի ուշադրությունն է գրավում, խնդիրը բարդանում է․Բոլթոնի այցը, ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցները, Ռուսաստանը կարևոր հանգամանքներ են այս գործընթացում»,- ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Իրան կատարած այցից առաջ ինքը հեռախոսազրույցներ է  ունեցել Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքմենստանի գործընկերների հետ, տեղեկացրել է, թե ինչ հարցերի շրջանակ է քննարկվելու Իրանում: «Քննարկումների արդյունքում է որոշվել, որ այս թեման պետք է Իրանում դառնա կարևոր կետերից մեկը: Քննարկումները շարունակվում են, կշարունակվեն, քանի դեռ չենք եկել դրական կամ բացասական եզրակացության»,- ասել էր նա:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև նշել էր, որ Հայաստանը գազի տարանցիկ երկիր դառնալու համար նոր խողովակներ չի կառուցելու: 

Վան Բայբուրդի խոսքով՝ իրանական գազի ներմուծումը Վրաստանի համար էլ մեծ հեռանկար ունի: «Վրաստանը հիմա կախված է մի գազատարից, որը գալիս է Ադրբեջանից: Մի փոքր ծավալի գազ միայն Ռուսաստանից է Վրաստանը ստանում:  Բայց ինչպես ցանկացած նորմալ պետություն, Վրաստանն էլ, դիվերսիֆիկացիա է ուզում ունենալ»,- ասաց նա:

Քաղաքական խնդիրները, նրա նկատառմամբ, այս գործընթացում բավականին շատ են․ պետք է նկատել, որ Ռուսաստանն էլ դիրքավորված է որպես տարածաշրջանի ամենահզոր խաղացողը գազի մատակարարման ոլորտում: «Բայց Վրաստանը կամաց-կամաց լուծում է այդ հարցերը ԱՄՆ-ի՝ գլխավոր խաղացողի հետ»,- ասաց նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ սակայն հարց է, թե ինչպես է Հայաստանը լուծելու խնդիրը Ռուսաստանի հետ: «Պետք է չմոռանալ, որ գազի մատակարարման ցանցերն ամբողջությամբ պատկանում են ռուսական «Գազպրոմ» ընկերությանը: Այստեղ էլ խնդիրներ են առաջանալու Հայաստանի, այդ ծրագիրը իրականացնելու համար»,- ասաց նա:

Վան Բայբուրդի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանը, այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է մտածի նաև նոր գազատար կառուցելու մասին, քանի որ դա նաև կթուլացնի իր կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից:

«Վրաստանի համար շահավետ է իրանական գազը Հայաստանի միջոցով տարանցելը, եթե նոր գազատ լինի,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ, իհարկե, այդ գազատարը չպետք է Ռուսաստանինը լինի,-կարծում եմ՝ ամեն դեպքում, այդ ծրագիրը իրականանա, թե՝ ոչ, Հայաստանը պետք է ունենա նոր գազատար, ներդրողներ գտնի դրա համար: Բացի այդ, Հայաստան ներմուծվող իրանական գազի ծավալները կարող են ամեն օր աճել, և լավ կլինի, որ Հայաստանն այսօրվանից արդեն դրան պատրաստվի»:

Ամեն դեպքում, Հայաստանը պետք է շարունակի բանակցությունները երկրների հետ իրանական գազի տարանցիկ երկիրը լինելու առաջարկի վերաբերյալ:  «Շատ լավ էր, որ մինչև Վրաստան մեկնելը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զրուցել էր Վրաստանի վարչապետ Մամուկա Բախտաձեի հետ, խոսել էր Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Պուտինի հետ: Դրանով Փաշինյանը ցույց էր տալիս, որ ինքը ուրիշ մտադրություններ չունի, պարզապես մտադիր է նրանց հետ միասին զարգացնել Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը: Դա լավ արձագանք է գտել տարբեր երկրներում: Դա լավ օրինակ էր որոշ երկրների համար, որոնք թափանցիկ չեն»,- ասաց նա:
