Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամը կփոխհատուցի նաև 2008-2014 թվականներին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերը
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում մարտի 22-ին կայացել է զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի 2019թ. անդրանիկ նիստը, որը վարել է հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նիստի ընթացքում հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Վարուժան Ավետիքյանը ներկայացրել է ամփոփ հաշվետվություն նախորդ տարվա սկզբից մինչև օրս իրականացված հատուցումների և նվիրաբերությունների վերաբերյալ, ընդգծելով, որ այս պահի դրությամբ հիմնադրամում հավաքագրված գումարն արդեն հատել է 14 մլրդ., իսկ կատարված ընդհանուր հատուցումները՝ 941 մլն. դրամը:
Նիստի ընթացքում հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը միաձայն որոշում է կայացրել այն մասին, որ այս տարվա ապրիլի 1-ից հատուցումներ կտրամադրվեն նաև 2008-2014թթ. ընթացքում հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին կամ հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերածներին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018թ. օգոստոսի 9-ին հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը հաստատել էր նաև 2015 և 2016 թվականներին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի մասով ֆինանսական հատուցումներ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ որոշումը: Ընդ որում, նիստին որոշում է կայացվել հաջորդ տարի քննարկել արդեն 2008 թվականից ավելի վաղ տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի փոխհատուցման հնարավորությունը:
Անդրադարձ կատարելով իրականացված աշխատանքներին և ֆինանսական միջոցների հավաքագրման ընթացակարգերին՝ խորհրդի անդամները նշել են, որ փաստացի նախորդ տարի հիմնադրամի ակտիվների կառավարումից գոյացած միջոցները գերազանցել են կատարված հատուցումների ծավալը, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամի գործունեության բարձր արդյունավետությունը:
Ծրագիրը հաջողությամբ շարունակում է գործել հանրության առջև լիարժեք հաշվետվության և բացառիկ թափանցիկության սկզբունքով:
