Ազդեցությունների պայքար խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովներում
POLITICSՆոր ձևավորված խորհրդարանում ամեն ինչ չէ, որ «հալած յուղի » նման է գնում. մասնավորաբար, այն հանձնաժողովները, որոնց ղեկավարներն իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն են, միմյանց նկատմամբ, այս պես ասած, վե ր ա պ ա հում ն ե ր ունեն: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, մասնավորաբար բավականին լարված են ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի և եվրաինտեգրացիայի հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արման Եղոյանի հարաբերությունները:
Թեպետ «ԱԺ կանոնակարգ» օրենքով ԵՄ հետ փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնակարգման գործառույթը հատկացվեց եվրաինտեգրացիայի հանձնաժողովին, և արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովն այդտեղ փաստացի անելիք այլևս չունի, այդուհանդերձ, Ռուբինյանը ԱԺ-ի եվրոպական օրակարգում փորձում է Եղոյանից առաջ ընկնել: Օրինակ, Գերմանիայի Դաշնություն կատարած այցի ժամանակ Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր հետ պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկեց հենց Ռուբինյանին, այլ ոչ թե Եղոյանին, չնայած Գերմանիայում օրակարգի մի զգալի մասը վերաբերում էր ԵՄ հետ հարաբերություններին:
Դժվար է ասել՝ Ռուբինյանը Եղոյանից ավելի ազդեցի՞կ է, թե ուղղակի հաշվի է առնվել այն հանգամանքը, որ նա գոնե ԱԳ փոխնախարար է եղել , այդ պատճառով Եղոյանից ավելի կոմպետենտ է:
