Նոր Հայաստանի «նոյեմբերի 7»-ը
VIDEOԿրթության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ասում է՝ Քաղաքացու օրը Անկախության տոնից հետո 2-րդ կարևոր օրն է ՀՀ նորանկախ պատմության մեջ։ Հեղափոխության ֆետիշացումը նոր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հիմնական զբաղմունքներից մեկն է։ Ասենք՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմաթիվ առիթներով, այդ թվում՝ եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներում, խոսել է հայկական հեղափոխության բացառիկության մասին։ Իհարկե, տվյալ դեպքում՝ բացառիկության որևէ հատկանիշ չի նշվում՝ բացի նրանից, որ հեղափոխությունը չի փոխել Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության վեկտորը։ Կամ՝ չենք մոռացել, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ժամանակ Սասուն Միքայել յանը հեղափոխությունն ավելի կարևոր համարեց, քան Արցախյան պատերազմը, ինչի հետևանքով խոր հակադրություն առաջացավ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի կառավարող շրջանակների միջև։ Հիմա հերթը Արայիկ Հարությունյանինն է, ով փաստորեն պառակտում է Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին, որոնց մի զգալի մասը եթե նույնիսկ մասնակցել է հեղափոխությանը, հազիվ թե համաձայն է ֆետիշացմանն ընդհանրապես։ Էլ չենք խոսում նրանց մասին, որոնք ի սկզբանե չեն հավատացել այս մարդկանց, կամ ուղղակի ժամանակի ընթացքում հիասթափվել են: Ի դեպ, կրթության նախարարի համար անկախության տոնից հետո ամենակարևորը պետք է լիներ, օրինակ, Ուսուցչի օրը։ Սակայն սա ընկալման հարց է, որը չի մտնում մեր դիտարկման առաջնահերթությունների մեջ։ Թերևս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձել է «խմբագրել» իր խանդավառված կուսակիցներին, մանավանդ հասարակությունն այնքան էլ ոգևորված չէ Քաղաքացու օրը տոնացույցում ընդգրկելու գաղափարով։ Նա նշել է, որ Քաղաքացու օրը ոչ թե նոր կառավարության, այլ ժողովրդի ու ժողովրդավարության հաղթանակի օրը պիտի լինի և պիտի դառնա իրոք ժողովրդական տոն, այնպիսի տոն, ինչպիսին էր բուն հեղափոխությունը։ «Իսկ թե հատկապես ինչպես է պետք նշել այդ օրը՝ կարծում եմ պիտի որոշվի նաև հանրային, համացանցային քննարկումների արդյունքում», - գրել է վարչապետը։ Փաշինյանի գրառման մեջ ուշագրավ երկու կարևոր հանգամանք կա։ Առաջինն ակամա խոստովանությունն է, որ հռչակված տոնն ավելի շատ ասոցացվում է գործող իշխանության, քան հասարակության հետ, պատկերավոր ասած՝ նոր իշխանության «նոյեմբերի 7»-ն է։ Ու սա բնական է, որովհետև հեղափոխության արդյունքները տակավին չեն կապիտալիզացվել որպես հասարակության բարեկեցիկ կյանք։ Հենց սրա համար ենք պնդում, որ հեղափոխության պատմականության արժևորմամբ պետք է զբաղվեր գոնե հաջորդ կառավարությունը, որն ուղղակիորեն հեղափոխության ծնունդ չէ։ Ուկրաինացիները 2014-ին նույնպես ոգևորված էին իրենց հեղափոխությամբ ու նախագահ ընտրեցին միանգամայն օրինական ընտրություններում, սակայն հիմա Պորոշենկոյի հեղափոխական իշխանությունն աշխարհում ռեկորդակիր է ցածր վարկանիշի գծով՝ ընդամենը 9 տոկոս։ Սակայն հատկապես ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ իշխանությունները սահմանել են տոնը, հետո նոր միայն մտածում են դրա բովանդակության մասին՝ առաջարկելով համացանցային քննարկումներ։ Այս ամենը հիմք է տալիս մտածելու, որ Քաղաքացու օրն ընդամենը PR ակցիա է, որի մասին մեր քաղաքացիների մեծ մասը կմոռանա արդեն առաջիկա տարիներին։
