Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության լուրերի թողարկման նախկին լրագրողներ Լիանա Կարապետյանի եւ Սիրանույշ Մուրադյանի՝ ընդդեմ Հանրային հեռուստառադիոխորհրդի հայցը վարույթ ընդունելուց հետո Վարչական դատարանը միջանկյալ որոշում է կայացրել, ըստ որի՝ պետք է կասեցվի վիճարկվող վարչական ակտի կատարումը (լրագրողների հաստիքների կրճատումը, եւ այդ հիմքով՝ աշխատանքային պայմանագրերի լուծումը) մինչեւ դատական վճռի կայացումը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Լիանա Կարապետյանը՝ հայտնելով, որ այդ միջանկյալ որոշումը չի կատարվել։

«Կրճատման ծանուցումից մինչև այսօր, գրեթե բոլոր քայլերով հետևողականորեն շրջանցվում է օրենքը, և այս մոտեցումը ևս կամայականություն է։ Եթե կրճատման որոշումը բողոքարկվել է, և հայցն ընդունվել է դատական վարույթ, պարտավոր էին կասեցնել կրճատման որոշումը, մինչև դատարանի որոշման օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելը։ Այնինչ իմ ցանկությունները չեն, որոնք անտեսվել են․ իրար կողքի եմ դնում օրենքի պահանջն ու օրենքը շրջանցող, օրենքի պահանջի վրա աչք փակող քայլերը»,- ընդգծեց նա՝ նշելով, որ հաստիքի կրճատումը եղել է առանց հիմնավորման, կամայական։

Լիանա Կարապետյանը նաեւ հայտնեց, որ հետեւողական պաշտպանելու են իրենց խախտված իրավունքները․ «Մի բան հստակ է՝ ես նահանջի ոչ մի քայլ չունեմ անելու։ Օլիմպիական սառնությամբ եմ հետևում այս ամենին ու տառացիորեն վայելում ազատ ժամանակս»,- եզրափակեց նա։

Խնդրի առնչությամբ NEWS.am-ը զրուցեց նաեւ լրագրողների փաստաբանի՝ Տիգրան Ղազարյանի հետ։ Փաստաբանը պարզաբանեց, թե այս իրավիճակում ինչ էր պարտավոր անել Հանրային հեռուստառադիոխորհուրդը․ «Պետական մարմինը պետք է իրավական շրջահայցություն ունենար եւ կատարեր դատարանի պահանջը։ Ադեկտվատ արձագանքը կարող էր լինել պայմանագրերի վերականգնումը, քանի որ մինչեւ վեճի քննության ավարտը պետք է վերականգվեր նախկին դրությունը»,- նշեց նա։
