Պատճառը գյուղապետի ընտրություններն էին․ նոր մանրամասներ՝ Շենավան գյուղում հնչած կրակոցներից
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ պարզվել են երեկ՝ մարտի 23-ին, Շենավան գյուղում կրակոցներ արձակողների և վիճաբանության մասնակիցների ինքնությունը:
Պարզվել է, որ հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ, 53-ամյա Հայկ Դունամալյանը՝ «գլխի շրջանի հրազենային վնասվածք հարցականով, գլխուղեղի արյունազեղում հարցականով» ախտորոշմամբ, 22-ամյա Արմեն Դունամալյանը՝ «աջ դաստակի հրազենային թափանցող վնասվածք ախտորոշմամբ» և 31-ամյա Իշխան Դունամալյանը՝ «ձախ թիակի հրազենային վնասվածք, գլխի ծոծրակի շրջանի վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում Շենավան գյուղի ծայրամասում՝ Շենավան գյուղից դեպի Արևաշող գյուղ տանող դաշտամիջյան հատվածում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել նշված վիրավորների և համագյուղացիներ, 27-ամյա Հովհաննես Միրզոյանի, 21-ամյա Վալենտին Միրզոյանի, 41-ամյա Ալեքսանդր Միրզոյանի, 28-ամյա Մխիթար Մխիթարյանի և Վանաձոր քաղաքի Չուխաջյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 43-ամյա Արայիկ Կարապետյանի միջև: Վիճաբանության ժամանակ հրազենից արձակված կրակոցներից Ա. Հ. և Ի. Դունամալյանները ստացել են հրազենային վնասվածքներ:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ Հ. Վ. Ա. Միրզոյաններին, Մ. Մխիթարյանին, Ա. Կարապետյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Կան նաև տեղեկություններ, որ նշված միջադեպին այլ անձինք նույնպես մասնակցություն են ունեցել, որոնց ինքնությունը պարզելու և հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ Լոռու մարզի ոստիկանները նույնպես ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ:
Լոռու մարզի ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները մինչև լուսաբաց կատարել են հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ- հետախուզական և քննչական միջոցառումներ, որի արդյունքում լսել են նաև Հայկ Դունամալյանի եղբորը՝ Շենավան գյուղի բնակիչ, 51-ամյա Հովհաննես Դունամալյանին: Վերջինը նույնպես ներկա է եղել միջադեպին և տեսել է, որ Ա. Կարապետյանը ձեռքին եղած ատրճանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել իր եղբոր՝ Շենավան գյուղի բնակիչ, 46-ամյա Վոլոդյա Դունամալյանի դեմքին՝ պատճառելով վնասվածք, որից հետո Ա. Կարապետյանը նույն ատրճանակից կրակել է Հայկ Դունամալյանի գլխին, ով ստացել է հրազենային վնասվածք: Դրանից հետո Ա. Կարապետյանը կրակել է իր ուղղությամբ, սակայն վրիպել է, գնդակն իրեն չի դիպել:
