ՄԻԵԴ–ը Մանվել Գրիգորյանի գործով միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկելու հարցի քննությունը հետաձգել է
SOCIETY2019 թվականի մարտի 22-ին Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանից ստացված գրությամբ ՀՀ կառավարությունը տեղեկացվել է, որ 2019 թվականի մարտի 12-ին Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբանը, դիմելով Եվրոպական դատարան, խնդրել է, որ վերջինս, Դատարանի կանոնակարգի 39-րդ կանոնի համաձայն, միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկի` պարտավորեցնելով ՀՀ իշխանություններին Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անհապաղ տեղափոխել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց՝ համապատասխան բժիշկ մասնագետների հսկողության տակ, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս անհապաղ տեղափոխել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող իր կողմից մատնանշված բուժհաստատություն՝ հետագա ստուգման և բուժման նպատակով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչության պաշտոնական կայքէջը, մարտի 22-ին Եվրոպական դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել հետաձգել միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկելու հարցի քննությունը՝ պահանջելով ՀՀ կառավարությունից մինչև սույն թվականի ապրիլի 3-ը ներկայացնել համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն:
Ներկայումս Եվրոպական դատարանում ՀՀ կառավարության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչը ձեռնարկում է համապատասխան քայլեր նշված տեղեկատվությունը հավաքագրելու, ՀՀ կառավարության դիրքորոշումը ձևավորելու և սահմանված ժամկետում Եվրոպական դատարան ներկայացնելու համար:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը մի խումբ անձանց կողմից և ՔՕ-ի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ խոշոր չափերի յուրացում հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, Մանվել Գրիգորյանն իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում:
