«Այո»-ի և «ոչ»-ի կողմնակիցներն արձանագրում են` քարոզարշավն օր օրի ակտիվանում է

Հայաստանի սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին «այո» ասող Սոցիալ դեմոկրատ Հնչակյան կուսակցությունն ու «ոչ»-ի քարոզարշավ տանող «Հայկական վերածնունդ» հասարակական-քաղաքական միավորումը հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավը պասիվ են համարում, բայց նկատում են, որ այն օր օրի ակտիվանում է: ՍԴՀԿ Հայաստանի վարչության ատենապետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը կարծում է, որ քարոզարշավը ժողովրդին չի հետաքրքրում, նրանք միայն ցա նկանում են լավ ապրել: «ՀՀ քաղաքացին միայն հույսը կապում է նրա հետ, որ փոփոխություններից հետո լավ ապրի»,-լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Նարեկ Գալստյանը:
«Քարոզարշավը պասիվ վիճակում է, բայց իմ դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ քարոզարշավն օր օրի ավելի ակտիվանում է, մարդկանց հետաքրքրությունը զրոյից սկսում է բարձրանալ»,-նշեց «Հայկական վերածնունդ» հասարակական-քաղաքական միավորման մամուլի խոսնակ Վահե Մոսինյանը:
Նարեկ Գալստյանի դիտարկմամբ` Հնչակյան կուսակցությունը մասնակցում է քարոզչությանը, քանի որ ավելի քան 120 տարի` իր ստեղծման օրվանից, կողմ է եղել կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին: «Հետևաբար, մեր կուսակցությունն իր ծրագրային դրույթներին չի կարող դեմ քվեարկել: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ երկրին անհրաժեշտ են համակարգային փոփոխություններ, նախագահական համակարգի առկայությունն է մեր երկրի արատների պատճառը»,-հայտնեց Նարեկ Գալստյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` «փոփոխությունները ժողովրդին հաց չեն տալու, սրա արդյունքում երկրում սոցիալական իրավիճակ չի փոխվելու», սակայն ՍԴՀԿ-ն տեսական հույս ունի, որ 5-10 տարի հետ երկրում կառավարման խորհրդարական համակարգը կկայանա: Նարեկ Գալստյանի դիտարկմամբ` «ոչ»-ի կողմնակիցների հիմնական փաստարկը, որ իշխանությունները վերարտադրվելու են փոփոխությունների արդյունքում, անտրամաբանական է:
Վահե Մոսինյանի ներկայացմամբ` երկրում չկա սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտություն, քանի որ դրա արդյունքում երկրում առկա սոցիալական խնդիրները չեն լուծվի:
Նրա խոսքով` իրենք տանում են «ոչ»-ի քարոզարշավ, բայց դեռ չեն համագործակցում այդ ճակատի այլ ուժերի հետ: «Մենք բազմիցս հայտնել ենք, որ կողմ չենք ներկայացված նախագծին: Մեր համագործակցությունը ընդհանուր հանրահավաքների, ցույցերի տեսքով դեռևս գոյություն չունի: Սակայն մենք այլ ուժերի հետ գործում ենք համադրությունների դաշտում ենք, ոչ թե հակադրությունների»,-ասաց Վահե Մոսինյանը: Նա նշեց, որ իրենք ուժերը կենտրոնացրել են, որպեսզի ընտրական տեղամասերում ու հանձնաժողովներում ներգրավվեն իրենց ներկայացուցիչները:
