«ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության անդամները շարունակում են իրենց «զարմանահրաշությունները» ...ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն իր instagram-յան էջում տեղեկություն է տարածել, որ մարտի 25-ին դասախոսություն է կարդացել ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ղեկավար կազմի օպերատիվ հավաքի ժամանակ... «Զարմանահրաշությունն» այս ամենում այն է, որ բանակի «գեներալիտետին» դասախոսություն կարդացողը բանակում չծառայած պաշտոնյա է, որը պաշտոն զբաղեցնելուց հետո որևէ հաջողության որևէ ոլորտում չի հասել, որ պատիվ ունենար այդտեղ դասախոսություն կարդալ... Հետաքրքիր է՝ Հայաստանին և Հայոց բանակին մատուցած այդ ինչ «заслуга»-ների համար է բանակում չծառայած պարոն Ավինյանին թույլ տրվել դասախոսություն կարդալ ԶՈՒ-ի ղեկավար կազմի համար... Շատ հետաքրքիր կլիներ նաև իմանալ դասախոսության «բովանդակաությունը»... Այս ամենն արդեն անթույլատրելի է... Պարոն Ավինյանի դեմ ոչինչ չունեմ, բայց չեմ էլ կարող հասկանալ բանակի բարձրաստիճան սպայական անձնակազմին «դաս» տալու նրա պոռթկումը...

ՀՀ կառավարության անդամները, Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, ովքեր ժամանակին ընդդիմադիրներ էին, ուղղակի ծաղրում էին (ճիշտ էին անում) բանակում չծառայած ՀՀԿ-ական այն գործիչներին, ովքեր Արցախում և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին գտնվող դիրքերում առանց ամոթի զինվորական զգեստ էին հագնում, ֆոտոսեսիա էին կազմակերպում և այն հրապարակում սոցցանցերի իրենց էջերում և ԶԼՄ-ներում... Բայց նրանք գոնե ՊՆ-ում դասախոսություններով հանդես չէին գալիս,ինչպես անում են Փաշինյանի «քայլող» կառավարության չծառայած որոշ անդամներ...

Անկախություն ձեռք բերելուց հետո Հայաստանում կա մեկ բան,որը կայացած է՝դա ԲԱՆԱԿՆ է... Լավ կլինի,որ բանակում չծառայած անձինք հեռու մնան այդ կառույցի: Հարգելիներս, հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանում ամենավտնագավոր իրադարձությունը մինչ այսօր Մեղրիի զորամասում տեղի ունեցածն է... Բանակի հարցերով պետք էզբաղվեն պրոֆեսիոնալները...

Հ.Գ.- Ոմանք Մեղրի զորամասում տեղի ունեցածը փորձում են համեմատել 20-րդ դարի 90-ական թվականների բականում արմատավորված բարքերի հետ... Ո՛չ,հարգելիներս... Այդ ժամանակներում որևէ զորամասում բունտեր չեն եղել... Դուք լավ գիտեք,որ դա հնարավոր չէր, և լավ գիտեք, թե ինչու...»,-ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է Գագիկ Համբարյանը:
