Դատախազների այցից հետո նախնական կալանքի տակ գտնվող Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը դադարեցրել է 44 օր տևած հացադուլը
SOCIETYՀացադուլ հայտարարած կալանավորների կամ դատապարտյալների պահանջներին, խնդիրներին հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելու ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի կողմից դատախազության ստորաբաժանումներին տրված հանձնարարության համատեքստում այսօր Երևան քաղաքի դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատախազ Գևորգ Գևորգյանի և համապատասխան քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողութուն իրականացնող դատախազի ուղեկցությամբ այցել է արդեն 44 օր հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող, ներկայումս «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ում բուժսպասարկում ստացող, նախնական կալանքի տակ գտնվող անձ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանին:
Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:
Մոտ 2.5 ժամ տևած հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի կողմից ներկայացված՝ իր վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությանը, իրեն ներկայացված մեղադրանքին վերաբերող բոլոր հարցերը:
Դատախազները հորդորել են դադարեցրել առողջությունը քայքայող պայքարի ծայրահեղ այդ միջոցը՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ծանոթանալ քրեական գործի նյութերին և դրանից հետո մեղադրանքի հիմնավորվածության կապակցությամբ առարկություններ և միջնորդություններ ունենալու դեպքում դրանք ներկայացնել դատախազին:
Հավաստիացվել է, որ դրանք դառնալու են պատշաճ քննարկման առարկա, լիարժեք ապահովվելու են նրա դատավարական իրավունքները, և այդ ամենը երաշխավորելու նպատակով ընթացող քննության օրինականության նկատմամբ իրականացվելու է դատախազական պատշաճ հսկողություն:
