Աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում նախատեսված չէ ֆինանսական միջոցների բացակայության պատճառով

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեով աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում նախատեսված չէ, քանի որ կառավարությունը բավարար ֆինանսական միջոցներ չունի:

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսերի նախարար ԳագիկԽաչատրյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լևոն Դոխոլյանի հարցին: «Դուք գիտեք, որ կառավարությունը վարեց աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման քաղաքականություն, երբ դրա համար կային համապատասխան միջոցներ: Մենք շուրջ 80 միլիարդ դրամ հատկացրեցինք աշխատավարձերի բարձրացմանը: Հիմա կառավարությունն այդ քայլին չի դիմում, քանի որ չկան համապատասխան ֆինանսական միջոցներ»,-  նշեց նախարարը:

Պատգամավորի հարցին, թե որքա՞ն ֆինանսական միջոցներ անհրաժեշտ կլինեն նվազագույն աշխատավարը 10 հազար դրամով բարձրացնելու համար, Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց, որ դրա համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի շուրջ 35 միլիարդ դոլար:

Պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղը համահունչ չէ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափին, իսկ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման  և առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների թանկացման հետևանքով նվազագույն աշխատավարձ ստացող քաղաքացիները հայտնվել են ծանր վիճակում: Նա կառավարությանն առաջարկեց հնարավորության դեպքում վերանայել նվազագույն աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման հարցը: Ի պատասխան պատգամավորի դիտարկումների՝ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ հարցն իսկապես կարևոր է նաև կառավարության համար, քանի որ շատ լուրջ սոցիալական խնդիր է բարձրացվում: «Եթե լինեն համապատասխան ֆինանսական միջոցներ, այդ հարցին կառավարությունը կանդրադառնա»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
