Ինչո՞ւ էին համազեկուցողների քաղաքական գնահատականները մեղմ
POLITICSՀՀ մոնիթորինգի հարցով ԵԽԽՎ համազեկուցողներ Յուլ յա Լավոչկինան և Անդրեյ Շիրցելը մարտի 12-14-ը Երևան այցի արդյունքներով հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, որում նշված են մի քանի մեսիջներ: Համազեկուցողները փաստել են, որ որոշ ոլորտներում, ինչպիսին են սեռային հավասարությունը և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը, տեղի են ունեցել ակնհայտ փոփոխություններ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, զեկույցի քաղաքական մասը գրված է բավականին մեղմ, կարելի է ասել՝ անգամ իշխանություններին «ավանս» է տրվել, իսկ «եվրացավոտ» իրավունքների մասով՝ հատկապես ԼԳԲՏ, «ընտանեկան բռնության» և այլն, հատուկ շեշտադրում կա: Ստացվում է այնպես, որ եվրոպացիներն իրենց հուզող հարցերում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունից լավատեսական սպասումներ ունեն, որ հենց այս կառավարությունն է այդ բոլոր «հիմնախնդիրները» լուծելու: Փաստացի ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ եվրոպացիները քաղաքական խնդիրների վրա աչք են փակում, որպեսզի մնացած՝ իրենց ավելի շատ հետաքրքրող ԼԳԲՏ և «ընտանեկան բռնության» հետ կապված հարցերն այս կառավարությունը շարունակի առաջնային համարել: Նշենք նաև, որ այս ամենն էլ ավելի հետաքրքրական է դառնում, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ապրիլի սկզբին կայանալու է վարչապետ Փաշինյանի այցը Ստրասբուրգ. ԵԽԽՎ-ում նախատեսված է նրա ելույթը:
