«Եթե ադրբեջանցիները խավիարով են կաշառում եվրոպացիներին, դուք էլ Արթիկի տուֆով գործ արեք»

Past.am-ը զրուցել է քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանի հետ՝ փորձելով հասկանալ, թե ինչով էր պայմանավորված ԵԽԽՎ-ի ոչ հայանպաստ որոշումը:
«Մեր պետական ինստիտուտներն այնքան անարդյունավետ են աշխատում նույնիսկ մեր երկրում, որ ես դրսի աշխատանքի հետ կապված վստահություն չունեմ»,-նշեց քաղաքագետը:
Պարոն Շիրինյանը դա «խավիարային դիվանագիտության» հետ չի կապում: «Եթե ադրբեջանցիները խավիարով են կաշառում, դուք էլ Արթիկի տուֆով կամ ծիրանով գործ արեք: Եթե կաշառում են, ապա դուք էլ կաշառեք:»,- կես կատակ, կես լուրջ ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ հավելելով, որ շատ բան նաև կախված է մեր պատվիրակների պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և որակի հետ: «Եթե նախագահ լինեի, ապա կհանձնարարեի, որպեսզի հատուկ ծառայությունները պարզեն՝ քանի՞ ժամ են մեր պատվիրակության անդամները տրամադրում հայկական հարցին և քանի՞ ժամ՝ իրենց կարիքների համար: Դա շատ կարևոր հարց է»,- ընդգծեց Լևոն Շիրինյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ի զեկույցի հեղինակը անգլիացի է, իսկ անգլիացիների համար դա մեսիջ էր՝ քաղաքականության փոփոխության: «Դուք հավատո՞ւմ եք, որ անգլիացի խորհրդարանականը կաշառվում է և գործում է՝ հաշվի չառնելով իր պետության շահը: Եվրոպացիներն այդ չտեսները չեն: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում խավիարով հարց լուծել, է դուք էլ լուծեք: Անգլիայի նման պետության արտաքին քաղաքականությունը չի կարող պայմանավորված լինել կաշառքներով: Բայց մերոնց ձեռք չի տալիս նման բան ասելը: Իրենք չեն ասի՝ «ես շոֆեռ եմ, բայց պրոֆեսորի գործ եմ անում»»,-նշեց քաղաքագետը:
Վերջինիս համոզմամբ՝ պետք է պատկան մարմինները հետաքննեն՝ ինչո՞ւ է անարդյունավետ Աժ-ի այդ հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքը: «Ո՞վ պետք է մեր շահերը պաշտպանի: Մենք ունենք հայկական համայնք, տարիներով գործող լոբիստական կառույցներ, Էդ ո՞նց է, որ ադրբեջանցիք մի խավիարով կարող են փակել բոլոր հարցերը: Քիչ է մնացել խավիարով Լոնդոնը գնեն: Դուք կհավատա՞ք: Կասպից ծովում այդքան խավիար չկա»,-իր խոսքը եզրափակեց քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը:
