BLOG«Երեկ ԱԺ-ում իմ արած հայտարարությունից հետո Զավեն Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ ներկայացրեց ինչպես առողջապահական ոլորտում, այնպես էլ մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում պետական քաղաքականության և պետական մարմինների գործունեության մի շարք լուրջ խնդիրներ:
Եթե այսօր պրոֆեսիոնալ իրավաբանական օգնություն ստացող և պետական պատվերի շրջանակում բուժում ստանալու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացին չի կարողանում ստանալ պատշաճ (համակարգված և ամբողջական) բժշկական օգնություն, շուրջ 20 օր չեն կարողանում ամբողջական և ճշգրիտ ախտորոշում ապահովել, որոշ բժշկական կենտրոններում բուժ. օգնության դիմած քաղաքացուն կա՛մ դուրս են շպրտում, կա՛մ առաջարկում դժգոհությունների դեպքում ինքնուրույն «դուրս շպրտվել», անկողնային հիվանդից պահանջում են ինքնուրույն ձեռք բերել անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքը, կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե ինչ վիճակում են հայտնվում բժշկական օգնության դիմած այլ անձիք:
Երբ Տիգան Եգորյանը հրապարակում է փաստ, որ Զավենից պահանջում են մեկ շաբաթվա հիվանդասենյակի վճարը, իսկ նախարարը հրապարակում է իր հրամանը, թե՝ նման հարց չկա, ակամայից հիշում ես՝ «փաստաթղթերով, ինչպես միշտ՝ ամեն ինչ կարգին է» հայտնի արտահայտությունը:
Բնականաբար, ժանրի բոլոր կանոններին համաձայն, իմ հայտարարությանը հետեւեց ֆեյսբուքյան գրոհը՝ «90 տոկոս ֆեյք՝ 10 տոկոս՝ իրական օգտատեր» մշտական համամասնությամբ։
Եւ վերջում մի բարեկամական հորդոր՝ ամեն պատեհ-անպատեհ առթիով «հեղափոխություն» բառը մի շահարկեք եւ ընդամենը բարձրացված մտահոգությունը, որի վերաբերյալ Զավենի փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանի պարզաբանումը, կարծում եմ, տվեց բոլոր անհանգիստների պատասխանը, ընդունեք ի գիտություն եւ միասին փորձենք լուծել խնդիրները։
